Very nice house facing the sunset with sea view and private pool.
Very nice, quiet house with magnificent views of the sea and its sunset, completely renovated, air-conditioned and tastefully decorated in the purest tradition of Ibiza!
Equipped with a swimming pool, banana trees, double terraces on the ground floor and on the first floor, 2 double bedrooms + additional space for children with a 1 or 2 person bed (baby cots also available), 2 bathrooms, kitchen equipped, safe. Access to a cove on foot in 5 minutes by small path. Land fenced by local stone walls. Supermarket 1 km away and choice between the beaches of Cala Vadella or Cala Moli.
House equipped with all the necessary comfort such as dishwasher, Nespresso machine, WIFI, flat screen, towel dryer, outdoor gas shower and plancha, and above all a beautiful swimming pool to cool off!
Rental of minimum 1 week in season but on request for shorter stays in low period. Possibility to rent tennis lessons nearby.
Option to rent a brand new one
Invictus 280 GT boat 8 people (7 + the captain) ... with for example the visit of Formentera, its turquoise waters and all the comfort on board
Drinks, towels, booths, snorkling equipment etc.
