Upstairs: large living room overlooking the terrace, a single bedroom, a twin or double, one double, one bathroom.
Downstairs: one of the other living kitchen overlooking the terrace, where there is a centuries-old carob tree, two bathrooms, a master bedroom.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
At guests' disposal: plasma TV, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, microwave, parking, garden furniture, pots and pans, bed linen and towels, beach chairs and umbrella.

Shade did make a difference

Property was clean and spacious for a group of friends. We had some work meetings to attend too. Only problem is there was not another bathroom upstairs. Managers were great and the terraces gave us space too. Overall an excellent place.

We had a wonderful stay in Fernanda's apartment. It is newly renovated and spacious. In particular, the back patio is great for having dinner and relaxing in the evening.

Bellissima villa adatta a tutti

Ho trascorso con la mia famiglia (2 adulti e 2 bimbi piccoli) e una coppia di amici con una bimba piccola 15 splendidi giorni nella villa della signora Fernanda. La casa è bellissima, curata, pulita e con elettrodomestici e rifiniture moderne. Tutte le stanze sono dotate di aria condizionata che peró abbiamo usato poco dato che la casa è molto fresca. Il mare e il centro si raggiungono in 10/15 minuti (discesa all’andata e salita al ritorno) che tutto sommato risultano piacevoli e soprattutto garantiscono alla sistemazione quiete e tranquillitá. Gli ospiti sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili. Insomma se mai dovessimo tornare a Marina di Ragusa riprenderemmo assolutamente la stessa casa.
