Ideally located on Grassion-Cibrand Avenue, on the 1st floor of a small building complex built in 2018, beautiful Type 2 apartment fully equipped!
Equipped for 3 people, it consists of an entrance, a living room with open fitted kitchen (2 hotplates, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge), a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a shower room with wc.
Living area equipped with an 80x190 bed and an armchair. Sony flat screen TV.
In the extension of the pleasant living room facing south terrace.
Parking space available at the bottom of the apartment.
The apartment is 30 meters from the beach and only a few steps from the port and the market square!
Very rare!
Possibility of cleaning at the end of the rental at a rate of 50 € (prevent at the start of the stay at the latest). Sheets and household linen are not provided.

Perfekter, wunderschöner Urlaub!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub, der nicht schöner hätte sein können. Sehr herzlicher Empfang durch Thierry, der uns trotz Sprachbarriere immer geholfen hat. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock. Vermieter wohnt im Haus, was alles einfach macht. Sie ist sehr sauber und hell. Es ist alles vohanden, was man braucht und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Balkon möbiliert und mit schwenkbarem Sonnenschirm und zwei Liegen. Sehr ruhig gelegen an einer kleinen Straße parallel zum Meer. Der wunderschöne überwachte Strand befindet sich direkt über der Straße und ist nicht überfüllt. Das Meer ist vom Balkon aus zu hören. Einfach traumhaft. Wir waren 10 Tage dort und haben das Auto für Einkäufe nicht benötigt. Bäcker, Metzger, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind alle innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Kleines, schönes Städchen mit Hafen und Marktplatz. Ideal für uns, die den Massentourismus nicht mögen. Unser schönster Urlaub seit Langem! Einfach nur Perfekt!!!!!! Danke Thierry mit Familie, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Thierry et sa famille sont très sympathiques et disponibles un vrai plaisir. L'appartement est très bien entretenu, propre et très agréable. La situation de celui-ci est parfaite surtout avec un enfant là plage est en face ?! Nous avons vraiment adoré et passer de très bonnes vacances, très bonne adresse et contact que nous gardons précieusement. Merci encore pour l'accueil.

Séjour très agréable , le propriétaire est très gentil. Endroit idéal car très bien situé , plage en face de l’appartement , commerces à proximité. De plus l’appartement est très bien équipé.

Très agréable séjour

L'appartement est très agreable. Il n'y a que la rue à traverser pour aller sur une très jolie plage e surveillée. Des commerces à proximité et des restaurants sympathiques et décontractés. Je recommande cette location.
