About this property
Very sunny spacious, family residence with Marina view, South of France
A very very spacious and sunny apartment with a wonderfull view in Carnon Marina with a parking. Ideal for all seasons per week or month. The neighbourhood and city center is very calm and the fresh air from the sea will make your trip unforgettable. We have 3 nice bedrooms. And from July 2023 a new fully renovated equipped modern kitchen and living room. The Bathroom is fresh and the toilettes are separated. The location is very ideal for holidays in south of France. We always take good care of our guests and invite them for a tour in the historic city of Montpellier, place of culture history and tradition.
Our secured Car Park with the higher density during summer in Carnon is very enjoyable.

Appartement très spacieux et lumineux. Traversant dont très agréable en cas de grosses chaleurs, l'air circule !
Vue dégagée et agréable sur le port et la marina. Pas besoin de véhicule, tout est à proximité.
