Cela fait 2 fois que nous séjournons dans cet appartement. Bon emplacement, belle vue sur la mer, bien équipé, résidence calme. Pas de parking mais nous pouvions stationner assez facilement dans les alentours. Nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille. 4 étoiles en raison de la propreté qui n'etait pas à la hauteur de ce que j'attendais.

Notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé. L'appartement correspondait parfaitement à la description. Il était propre, beau, bien situé. De plus nous avions reçu des instructions claires pour entrer dans les lieux et avons pu contacter une personne disponible en cas de besoin.

Appartement moderne, spacieux, très bien équipé, il ne manque absolument rien, du sèche-cheveu à la machine à laver, dans une résidence calme, en dehors des rues animées du centre ville mais à seulement 5 minutes à pied du fameux pont sur le canal. Plage toute proche avec une entrée privée donnant directement sur la résidence. Balcon avec vue sur la mer. Un seul petit bémol auquel nous avons fait remédier: des relents désagréable venant de la douche. Un bon nettoyage de la bonde le lendemain de notre arrivée a suffi à améliorer les choses. Nous recommanderions volontiers cet appartement.

Rien à dire pour l'appartement mais je regrette la description de l'annonce sur booking : il était marqué draps et serviettes non fournis et ce n'était pas exact car tt était à disposition, j'aurais aimé savoir aussi l'étage où se trouvait l'appartement, dans la chambre il y avait 2 marches pour monter sur une estrade où se trouvait le lit ça nous a embêter pour problèmes de santé et non plus indiqué. Autrement l'accueil a été sympathique Cordialement !

Appartement bien situé et bien équipé mais…

J’aimerais bien attribuer 5 étoiles, cependant, quelques problèmes méritent d’être signalés. Aspects positifs l’appartement était impeccable et très bien équipé : grand frigo, lit confortable, rangements adéquats, vue sur mer. La réception WiFi était excellente. L’emplacement est idéal car très près de la plage, des commerces, du centre ville et du port de pêche. Le personnel est très sympathique. Aspects négatifs La télévision marchait mais n’était apparement connectée ni à l’antenne de la résidence ni à un service de TV par câble. Nous avons du regarder nos programmes sur notre ordinateur. Communiquer avec les responsables s’est avéré difficile car il y avait 5 organisations et 2 personnels qui nous envoyaient des messages parfois contradictoires (Booking.com, Agence Grand Sud, Rental Ninja, Château Leenhardt, etc.). Parking hors saison, facile et gratuit mais peut-être plus compliqué en saison ?
