HEALTH NOTICE: We have always ensured our condo is sparkling clean and sanitized after every check-out. Due to COVID-19, our cleaning staff will be following CDC cleaning guidelines. When possible, we will provide hand sanitizer and disinfecting cleaning sprays for guests to use during their visit. We provide two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom per stay and two paper towel rolls for the kitchen. You may wish to bring or buy additional paper goods if needed. We loved our stay in Ouray! The condo is in a great location and had everything we needed and then some (like dog bowls for our fur kid and extra fans in every room which came in handy for white noise and me being 6 months pregnant with hot flashes). Check in was super easy, communication with Kaleb, Abby, and Sharon was great. Kaleb was kind enough to send some hiking suggestions before the trip as well. We would definitely stay here again!

We come to Ouray about once/year with all different groups ranging from just my family of 3, to my book club & our families with around 20 people, and this was my favorite place we've stayed so far. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and Kaleb was extremely fast at responding to my messages. The house had lots of basic foods stocked such as spices, coffee, pancake mix, etc., as well other items such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, etc. This place is in a great central location and we we were able to walk all over town without needing to drive. Kaleb was also extremely accommodating when we asked to add a dog to the reservation at the last minute. We will definitely stay at Kaleb's place when we come to Ouray again.

Wonderful place and well appointed for our group! Made full use of the kitchen. They had extra towels which we needed for the hot springs! Fantastic location to enjoy walking through downtown and exploring out in the area. Also loved the Million dollar highway and did some hiking. Great little get away in a beautiful place!!!

This was our first visit to Ouray. The condo had every comfort of home from board games to a plethora of cooking spices. It is right off of Main Street so we were able to walk everywhere and may a quick stop to unload our shopping bags or grab a sweater. We’d definitely stay here again!
