The apartment is nice and is very quiet. The landlord helped with transporting the suitcases and was very flexible with the check-in/check-out times.

L’appartement a été restitué en bon état et le règlement de la copropriété a été respecté ! Durant le séjour de Lisa, il y a eu un souci avec le lave linge du fait d’une mauvaise manipulation, la 1ere intervention n’a pas suffit pour remettre en état mais depuis le départ le problème à été résolu !

I booked the apartment for a trip to ride the L'Etape de Tour and was driving down for the event. The apartment is in a great location and has parking which was just perfect. Nice and clean with everything you need. The communication was first class, and the greeting was warm and friendly when we arrived.

nice tres belle region a visiter et alentour!!!!

dans un tres bon climat juste un jour de pluie nous avons pu visiter la ville de nice et alentour , se balader sur la promenade des anglais, visiter le chateau de nice , se balader sur les trois corniches , la plus belle la grande corniche avec le fort de la revere , magnifique!!!! nous reviendrons dans la région, bons souvenirs !!!!

Bonjour Delphine et merci pour votre commentaire dont je prends bonne note ! Je suis très attentif aux différents commentaires des vacanciers afin de pouvoir réguler si besoin ….. Le lave linge était fonctionnel et pas si vieux ( avril 2020), néanmoins les vacanciers suivant l’ont rendu hors d’usage, faute d’avoir su l’utiliser correctement (fermeture par le haut) : conséquence, je viens d’en installer une nouvelle ! La poubelle aussi vient d’être changée, et une poêle de cuisine retirer car bien détériorée. J’espère néanmoins que vous avez profité de votre séjour et vous souhaite bonne continuation. Jmarc

Empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten einen sehr netten Empfang und konnten sogar zwei Stunden vorher einziehen. Die Kommunitkation hat trotz sprachlicher Hürden gut geklappt. Der Vermieter war immer für uns erreichbar. Die Ferienwohung war exakt so, wie auf den Bilder und genauso sauber. Der Prakplatz war für die Wohnung reserviert und wie angegeben sicher. Wir würden die Unterkunft jeder Zeit wieder buchen und können sie guten Gewissens weiterempfeheln.

Sophia et Daniel ont été des hôtes remarquables, d'une grande politesse et gentillesse. L'appartement a été restitué dans de très très bonnes conditions : ils sont évidemment les bienvenus s'ils le désirent à nouveau et je les recommande vivement !
