Amazing Beach House Stay

The beach house is a beautiful beach house. We loved the spacious room and all the amenities provided. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Beautiful house and great ocean view! Fast response from the property managers. We enjoyed our stay.

This was our first big family vacation and the beach house accommodated us very well! We had plenty of room to relax with it being so many of us! We loved the view and how clean and comfy the house was! We had a great time!

Perfect Get-a-Way

The views were breathtaking. House was beautiful and clean. We took advantage of renting the chairs and bonfire. It was all fantastic. Perfect Vacation

EXCELLENT PROPERTY

This house was perfect for our family vacation! We had 17 people and it was fully equipped and spacious from the kitchen to bedrooms to the multiple living spaces! would highly recommend this house!

Trifecta West was amazing!

The house is beautifully decorated! The house is very spacious. The beds are very comfortable. Being directly on the beach was wonderful with kids. Nice big kitchen made dining a nice experience. Loved this house.

Trifecta West had plenty of room for our group of 14 adults and 9 kids (ages 2-10). There was room to be together as a group or separate to have some privacy. The views from the balconies were beautiful. Beach access was easy. The pool was small but enough to unwind after a few hours at the beach. Any questions or issues that arose during our stay were dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Having 3 refrigerators, a separate ice machine as well as 2 sets of washers and dryers came in handy for our large group. Parking for 8 vehicles was tight, We had 6 SUVs/large vehicles and one pick-up truck and it was doable; we just had to plan ahead for when people were needing to go out and use their car.This was not a busy area of the beach either. You really can't go wrong with Trifecta West.

Absolute perfection!

This property is stunning and had everything our group of 16 needed in terms of storage, cooking, lounging and sleeping. The mattresses and bedding were super comfortable in all rooms. We had plenty of room to congregate if we chose to, but plenty of room to be alone also. 10/10 would rent again!

Memorable family vacation//// entire family!!

This house was amazing and perfect for our family of 21 to get away on a beautiful beach that is not busy. The price was very expensive but in the same range as everything else this size. if you can afford it you won't regret it!

Awesome accommodations

This house is awesome for family of all ages. The beach access and neighborhood surrounding the house is wonderful. We had a few issues with the dishwasher and dryer. Reporting was easy and the response times were quick and efficient. It was the best service we have ever experienced.

Very Uaccommodating People

Paid upwards of $2,000 per night. Yet, Check- In is Late at 4pm, Checkout is at an ungodly 10am (who does that?). If you ask for any changes they ask $700!!! The mid stay Cleaning promised, did not happen, Nothing we requested was delivered, Extra Blankets, No! Felt Like a fancy Hostel

I am so sorry that you found your stay less than satisfactory with us. We aim to ensure that our guests always have a great experience! To address some of the issues you have reported: Our check-in and check-out times are listed and made available on all of our listings prior to booking. This information is also included in our rental agreement, which you signed and completed. Upon reviewing your reservation it does not look like a mid-stay clean was purchased. I can verify that it was added to your reservation but then removed due to non-payment for the service. Perhaps there was a bit of a mixup on that! Had a mid-stay been purchased it would have been scheduled and your property would have been serviced. Our team also dropped off 4 additional blankets the same day they were requested. I see that you requested a late checkout on the day of your departure. We require a minimum of 24-hour notice for late check-outs to be able to coordinate our team. Had this been requested with ample time we would have been able to provide you with a delayed departure. This would also apply to an early arrival had you preferred to check in prior to 4 PM.

Unbelievable Home!

We absolustely loved this home! It was the nicest beach house we've stayed in. The suites are amazing and we loved the view from the 4th floor. The view from the decks are stunning whether you are sitting in a chair or standing due to the glass panels used instead of common spindles, such a nice upgrade. The elevator was a huge help with luggage, tired legs etc, especially with this house being 4 floors. The beds were extremely comfy as well. We opted for the chair and umbrella service. It was so nice to have the chairs delivered for you every day, one less thing to carry! The heated pool and pool deck were a nice place to gather with plenty of seating. The pool did had some trouble keeping a steady temperature, but the pool crew was on it. We enjoyed out stay and would stay again. You just can't beat walking straight out to the beach. This house exceeded our expectations.

Great location and accommodated 29 of us for a family reunion. Only negative is that the double pane windows have condensation between the panes and it compromised the viewing.
