10 DAY STAY

We booked a ground floor apartment , all on one level. the apartment we were allocated had steps up to the bedroom,. and steps up to the toilet. This was not suitable for my disabled wife, as we could not be moved we had to abort the Holiday after 2 days.

We are very sorry this apartment didnt meet the guest needs with one step in the apartment. It seems the guest explained their requirements to Homewaay but this want passed on to us. We were able to offer a refund to the guest.

Lovely stay

I stay in trinity mews with my girlfriend and our dog and we loved every minute of or stay and the apartment was brilliant it has everything you need and very clean and all the cleaning staff or very friendly we will be hopefully returning soon and I we be recommending there’s apartment to friends and family.

Lovely holiday

First impression was very nice. We were on the ground floor which was nice. Had a little table outside for us to sit outside and a big electric gate which made us feel very safe. It was a very quiet area although on a steep bank. I was very disappointed at first because the toilet seat was broken but on day two we had a phone call saying that it was going to be mended. As the week went on we liked the apartment more and more but the carpet in the bedroom was stained and frayed in the door way and a kitchen cupboard door was hanging off but as we looked around we could see that a lot of the other apartments had different windows etc so ours was maybe on the list to be renovated next. But all in all a lovely place to stay and would most definitely recommend and would also return.

Comfy apartment for two in a great location

A well maintained compact apartment in a quaint Mews setting, with everything a couple requires for a short stay. The location is so central that once you are parked (and that can be quite a lottery!) you don't really need to use your car again. We visited in early November and did not see many other people in the Mews so it was extremely quiet, but imagine there could be a lot more noise in the peak season.

needs a clean

After the inital problem with the wrong key in the key case was sorted after i phone the ownners direct we entered the property, initial thoughes were it was rather small. we said we would make the most of it, The room coud be doing with a spring clean and a hoover, the wine glasses were still dirty in the cupboard, the lamp shade in the beroom was filthy alond with the radiators they have never seen a duster. We found a false nail on the floor in the bedrroom. The facilities are good with most things you require for your stay provided, No welcome pack found in many similar properties and we had to ask the housekeeper for a cloth and a tee towel, The ones that she provided have seen better days, The location is ideal but be aware of the parking restrictions

I am very sorry the cleaning standards were not up to standard when you visited. It seems this apartment had been allocated to a temporary cleaner who will not be using again. We do encourage guests to alert us to any problems on arrival so they can be swiftly deal with at the time.

Fab place to stay, stayed last 4 years!

The Trinity Mews apartments are a fab place to stay in Torquay, a stone throw away from the Harbour, can't get much nearer from the main part. So many places to eat and drink round the Harbour and nearby places to walk to such as Paington and Babbacombe. We stay in a 1 bedroomed apartment (Apt 34) and is plenty big enough for the 2 of us, plenty of kitchen utensils to use, plenty of pots and pans, plates, etc. It is very secure as gates to get in/out of the courtyard and there are plenty of car parking spaces just outside Trinity Mews or round the corner. We have always managed to get parked outside the complex and leave the car there for the week. Best to order the parking permits through the site and they are ready for you when you arrive. We can't recommend the Trinity Mews complex enough and we have just been to apartment 34 for the 3rd year running. No doubt we'll be back next year or the year after.

We had a great stay with you, as soon as we booked everything went smoothly. Excellent company to deal with, will defiantly be coming back.. We messages the house keeper to let her know a couple of the kitchen utensils were broken and she responded straight away that they would be replaced (this didn't effect us at all but was just nice to get a quick response and to know that it's being dealt with) the apartment was a good size, ideal for a couple.

wonderful torquay

had a lovely week in torquay.stayed at trinity mews and was very happy with our choice,it was a ground floor apartment in a nice secure courtyard.when we arrived i didn't know that i had to check my e-mail before arriving there by did not know u need secure codes to enter the gates and get u're keys by luck plum locations phone number was on a to let board so i could phone them.the apartment was clean and comfortable and being allowed the dog was a bonus.where the bed was postioned in the bedroom made it a bit tight at 1 side after banging u're leg u learn to be very careful as the side of the bed is sharp.could tell that it was the middle of the season as a few repairs are needed but apart from that it is 1 street back from the front and quiet.would stay again but not in 10 or 10a

I could not fault the accommodation, it was neat and tidy. The location was as stated, excellent, as it was so close to the centre. The apartment had plenty of room for us plus all the kitchen utensils, toaster, etc. you really need was provided. The Manager was exceptionally helpful, kind and cheerful. A real pleasure to meet. The only draw back was the parking, although we did find a space outside we were afraid to move the car in case we couldn't find another one when we returned but there again the bus service is excellent. Would seriously consider returning to the same place if we go back to Torquay
