Recently renovated 2 bedroom apartment in a great position. The flat is situated on the 1st floor of a beautifully maintained apartment building on Boulevard de La Croisette, right on the sea front in Cannes. You just have to cross the road and you are on the beach in a matter of seconds. Just a 10 minute walk to Palais des Festivals for those attending meetings in Cannes. Shops and restaurants on your doorstep!
The flat is a great base for exploring the Côte d'Azur or enjoying a holiday with friends or family.
The flat has been recently renovated and equipped to a high standard. The rooms are air conditioned. The spacious living and kitchen area open directly on to the sunny terrace which is equipped with table and chairs for 4 guests. The terrace is also equipped with a canvas blind. Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds and an ensuite shower room with WC. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. The beds may be pushed together to form doubles if required. Seperate bathroom with bath and shower and individual WC.

Amazing holiday in Croisette Cannes !

For one week here and we have a great experience. The apartment is perfect located, directly exit on Croisette ! Around 100 m to the "Martinez Hotel", and a perfect view to the sea and port 'P.Canto". Public beach is on the other side of Croisette, and stores and restaurants one step away. Apartment is very well fitted, we love to stay here and we think to come back here in the future. A lot of thanks to Sally, a wonderful person !
