A fifteen minute drive from the pleasant coastal town of Fano with its lovely sandy and pebbly beaches, you will find in the middle of "la campagna" the beautiful apartment La Sorellina. This completely newly built apartment in 2014 with lots of privacy is right next to 'her older big sister' on a plot of almost 7,000 m2. The site has many beautiful fruit and olive trees and has a truly breathtaking view over the valley at the Furlo Gorge and the Apennines.

Fully recommend the apartment. The pool and view are fantastic. We had a lovely stay there. Deborah and Stephan welcomed us at the apartment personally. They were overall friendly and helped us with a lot of good tips for restaurant and nice places to visit. Thanks a lot to both of them and hopefully we will come back.

Totally fantastic!!

The house was fantastic! Everything was very nice. Kitchen, bedroom, livingroom, bathroom. And the panorama was absolute stunning! We lived for week in a painting enjoying the view everytime again. Swimmingpool and garden were also fantastic. Pity we stayed for only a week.

Amazing location, beautiful view and great hosts

We had a wonderful 5-day stay here. We would highly recommend. The small house they have built is modern, clean and has all the facilities required - including lovely air conditioning. The view is amazing and steals the show. Spending warm evenings out here eating and looking at the Appennine mountains was enchanting. We hadn't realised that the pool was shared with the hosts however they always allowed us use of it and allowed us plenty of time there on our own. It was also a beautifully maintained pool. Grazie mille per tutto!

Good with some remarks

A nice airconditioned appartement. Here and there some cobwebs, but that’s logical in the middle of farmland. What we really missed was internet, a washing machine (already raised by someone in 2015), a little more beach umbrella’s at the pool and no TV. The host gave lots of info and was reachable when one had questions, super. Overall we enjoyed it, but if we return remains to be seen, there are other gems in Le Marche.

A slice of paradise

If your goal is to escape from the stress of civilisation for a few days this is the place to stay. The house is clean, modern and well insulated (I think) as even on the hot days the temperature inside was always pleasant. All three rooms have air conditioning which we didn't need as the temperature never got uncomfortable. The bed is great and thanks to the mosquito net that is suspended above it you can also sleep with the window open listening to the birds, frogs and crickets. The real charm of this house is it's beautiful natural surroundings. Waking up to this view never got old and at night we got to enjoy the beautiful sensation of hundreds of fireflies lightning up the fields. The pool that can be used is just the cherry on top and great if you want to cool down after admiring the view from one of the many places to sit or lay down on the property. If you really wanted to nitpick you could argue that the kitchen is a bit on the small side so cooking more complicated meals was a bit of a challenge but definitely not impossible. Overall a big recommendation from our side as the surrounding towns also have a lot to offer. We are glad we got to enjoy this.

In überwältigender Landschaft

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in La Sorrelina.Im Haus befand sich alles was man braucht, aber wir haben sowieso meist draußen auf der schönen Terrasse, mit Blick in die traumhafte Landschaft verbracht.Der Pool war sehr gepflegt und angenehm und Deborah hat uns auch aus der Ferne alles wichtige mitgeteilt und informiert. Schade, dass wir sie nicht persönlich kennengelernt haben.

Idyllisches kleines Häuschen

Die Unterkunft hat uns vor allem mit ihrer idyllischen und ruhigen Lage überzeugt. Man hat von der Terrasse aus wirklich einen wunderschönen Ausblick, der Garten und der Pool-Bereich sind auch sehr schön gestaltet. Die Küche ist relativ gut ausgestattet. Auch die Sauberkeit war im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung, es könnte jedoch etwas gründlicher gewesen sein. Es waren einige Spinnweben an den Decken. Das Duschsieb war leider total verstopft, sodass wir es selbst reinigen mussten, um wieder duschen zu können.

Ein Traum!

Schönes kleines Häuschen mit einer tollen Terasse und wunderschönem Ausblick. Der Pool war ein Traum und zu jeder Zeit nutzbar. Die Gastgeberin Deborah war herzlich und entgegenkommend, die Kommunikation mit ihr einwandfrei. Fazit: Ein wunderschöner und perfekter Ort zum Erholen! Jederzeit wieder!

Wundervoll!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück besticht durch seine ruhige Lage, wir haben insbesondere den tollen Ausblick inmitten der Natur genossen. Bis zum nächsten größeren Ort braucht man etwa 5-10 min mit dem Auto. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir waren als Paar für zwei Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft. Alles war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Von der Terrasse hat man einen traumhaften Blick. Direkt vom Haus aus haben wir viele Touren mit unsern E-Bikes durch die tolle Landschaft der Marken gemacht und es sehr genossen, uns danach im großen Pool mit ebenfalls herrlichem Blick in die Ferne abzukühlen. Deborah als Vermieterin war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und hat uns mit guten Tips für Unternehmungen und Restaurants versorgt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Rundum perfekt

Das Ferienhaus besticht durch seine idyllische Lage auf dem Berg mit einer fantastischen Aussicht, die Ruhe, den schönen Garten mit dem Pool und die sehr durchdachte Ausstattung. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder. Deborah ist zudem eine sehr fürsorgliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Die Anfahrt ist anfangs etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig (sehr steil, unebene Straßen, viele Kurven), man gewöhnt sich aber sehr schnell daran.

Moderne Ferienwohnung mit fantastischem Ausblick

Die Lage ist fantastisch, der Blick in die Landschaft einmalig. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Weg dorthin war nach der Beschreibung nicht ganz einfach.

Schönes Haus in herrlicher Lage

Hübsches Ferienhaus für 2 Personen mit toller Terrasse, Pool und sensationellem Ausblick auf einem Hügel in den nördlichen Marken. Schöne Einrichtung und gute Ausstattung, sogar mit Weber E-Grill. Absolute Ruhe mitten in der Natur einer wunderschönen Landschaft. Sehr netter whatsapp- Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Deborah, alles bestens organisiert. Wenn wir eine Kleinigkeit bekritteln sollten, dann lediglich, dass das Kochgeschirr von unseren Vorgängern offensichtlich nicht richtig gereinigt worden war. Ansonsten alles top, für uns war‘s ein perfekter Aufenthalt!

Schönes Häuschen, toller Pool, super Aussicht

Das Anwesen liegt sehr einsam, man hat eine tolle Aussicht. Die Ausstattung ist neu und sehr stylisch. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, außer die in der Beschreibung erwähnte Mikrowelle war nicht da. Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden. Auf der Terrasse ist ein Elektrogrill, den man nutzen kann. Es war alles sauber, bis auf die vielen Insekten, da bei unserer Ankunft ein Fenster offen war. Zum Meer sind es ca 15 km, was ca, 20-25 min dauert, da die Straßen schlecht sind. Leider war niemand vor Ort, um uns alles zu zeigen und zu erklären, dafür waren wir alleine auf dem großen Anwesen und Deborah war immer per Whatsapp erreichbar. Negativ finde ich, dass es kein WLAN gibt. Der normale Empfang ist sehr schlecht oder geht teilweise gar nicht, daher wäre WLAN echt eine sinnvolle Sache. Für die Endreiniung muss man noch 75 Euro zahlen und man muss 200 Euro Kaution hinterlegen, die ich nach 10 Tagen ohne Abzug wieder bekommen habe. Uns hat es gut gefallen.

Ruhe Pur

Wir waren eine Woche in dem kleinen Ferienhäuschen. Die Gegend ist nicht ganz so touristisch, wie die nördlichere Region und daher genau unser Ding. Von Tür zu Tür waren wir in einer halben Stunde am tollen Sandstrand und einen Tag konnten wir einfach auch vor Ort in dem Häusschen genießen. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und sollte es zu heiss werden, hilft die Klimaanlage (die wir Ende August trotz 30 Grad nicht gebraucht haben, da das Grundstück mit schönem alten Baumbestand sehr schattig ist) Der Pool mit der Aussicht ist ein absoluter Traum und nachts ist einfach absolute Stille. Deborah ist eine super nette und immer erreichbare Gastgeberin. Danke für alles!

Sehr schönes, modernes Haus mit allem, was man braucht. Viel Privatsphäre trotz Vermieter im Nachbarhaus. Super Pool mit fantastischem Landschaftspanorama. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert ohne Mängel. Mückenspray nicht vergessen.

Paradijsje

Wij hebben vier dagen (last minute geboekt) kunnen genieten van dit kleine paradijs. Een eenvoudige maar complete woonst, een allervriendelijkst onthaal met homemade gebak, lieve mensen, mooi zwembad en een onbeschrijfelijk uitzicht. Jammer dat we hier maar zo kort waren. Wij raden het iedereen aan en hopen hier nog eens snel te kunnen terugkeren. Alle lof voor Deborah en haar sympathieke gezin!

Wunderschöne Lage und sehr gut ausgestattetes Objekt

Wir haben eine Woche zu zweit in La Sorellina verbracht und können das schöne kleine Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Küche bietet alle Utensilien die man zum Kochen benötigt, das Bad ist sehr schön und die Klimaanlage hilft an heißen Tagen. Die Anfahrt ist teilweise sehr abenteurlich, man gewöhnt sich aber daran. Auf keinen Fall sollte man mit einem Sportwagen anreisen. Auf dem Gelände befindet sich auch das Haupthaus, das die Vermieterfamilie selbst nutzt. Wir waren während unseres Aufenthalts alleine vor Ort und konnten den wunderbaren Pool deshalb ganz für uns genießen. Wir wurden von Deborah trotz der Entfernung sehr gut betreut. Alles war wie versprochen, sehr sauber und insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.
