Cozy 3 bedroom house with 4 beds and a sofa bed, with living room and dining room area. Two bath room, 2 shower, 2 toilet and 2 sink. Well maintained private home nestled on a quiet pristine West Palm Beach neighborhood. Feels like you are on a tropical island with all the coconut palm trees.
The space
Guests will have access to front and back patio with table and chairs to enjoy the outdoors. There are 2 Park style BBQ Grill, one in the front and one in the back. Lots of parking space on premises , can park more than 5 cars.
This property is located 20 minutes from Palm Beach International airport (PBI), Downtown west palm beach, I95 and the Florida turnpike. 5 minutes from shopping, Banks, Restaurants , Hospital. 50 minutes from Fort Lauderdale, International airport (FLL) 1 hour 20 minuts to Miami international airport( MIA)

An awesome property with an awesome host

This property is perfectly located on a beautiful corner lot with natural vegitation and tropical fruits. You could not ask for a better location. It's 5 minutes from target and 15 to 20 minutes from the beach with an amazing host..BOOK TODAY..

Very nice house; Met the Mark

My adult and I had a father-son trip to West Palm Beach. This house seemed to fit the bill for us and it did indeed.We stayed in the two main bedrooms, and they were good. Kitchen and dining room were good, though we did not cook there. Only ate takeout.Think of it as a beach style rental that does a good job. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and clean

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It was comfortable and very clean. Although the dishwasher didn’t work, we managed. The house is okay, but it’s offset by the tropical back yard. Andy, the manager, was very helpful and courteous.

Happy Family of Five Enjoys Stay at House

The house was so organized and easy to find house hold stuff. For example cooking utensils , pantry supplies like mop, kitchen dishes. Fresh Towels in laundry closets, beds all tidy and neat upon arrival. Beautiful front yard and backyard.

Little house, perfect for our needs as we had plans out everyday.

House was comfortable, initially tricky to find as the driveways is off Adjacent road with no house number showing that I could find. Had room to sleep 8 but could have used a few extra towels as we only saw 6. We only had 5 people but the girls alway used two ea.

Overall, positive experience!

Overall we enjoyed our experience in this house! It was clean, with plenty of space, and options to hang out in the front or backyard. It is on the corner of two busy streets, but the neighborhood is nice! The dishwasher was not working, and it would have been nice to know that before we had it loaded up with dirty dishes.

Disappointed

The property is clean and the beds and sofas are comfortable. Beyond that things were not good. Everything here is at the end of its lifespan. When we arrived the host was fixing the dryer. The interior door knob of the front door was about to fall off. One of the fitting on the showerhead cracked open and was spraying water everywhere and had to be replaced. The hair dryer heating element did not work and also had to be replaced. The washing machine controls locked up and the host had to call for help to fix it. The front door jammed shut and we were stuck outside for nearly 2 hours until help was sent. The rear sliding glass door is ready to fall out of its frame and was difficult to move. One of the bathroom fans does not work. The laminate is peeling off nearly all the kitchen cabinetry. There were nails sticking up in the backyard pathway which someone caught there foot on. Initially the hosts response was good, but then he went out of town and only responded under threat of demanding a refund. Also the place is poorly stocked. There is no pens, paper, napkins, kleenex, salt/shaker, hand towels or scissors. Initially we were provided a 1/4 roll of paper towels and not enough toilet paper for a 2 week stay. After repeatedly asking for these things a minimal amount was provided and we had to ask for more later. Do not arrive after dark because you will not be able to find the entranceway or a visible address. Also the property is located at a noisy intersection

My family was pleased with the house and location. It's a lived-in but clean home. And they all raved about the comfort of the beds! A few problems, but others should try it. Thank You from Royal Palm Beach resident.
