Contemporary Villa with Pool

the house of 125 m2 is on one level very bright and sunny with large living room of 50m2, two bedrooms with 140 beds
1 bathroom with bathtub and a master suite (160 cm bed) with walk-in shower and wc, as well as a large dressing room
the house is fully equipped with a recent electro manager. Ideal for a couple with children. All bedrooms and living room overlook the terrace and the swimming pool (alarm for children) swimming pool with tarpaulin for water at 30 degrees

The outside is very pleasant to live with several terraces and large garden of 2000 m2 and you can enjoy a relaxing and very peaceful country setting. The 8.5m by 4m pool completes this framework and has an alarm for your children. Bikes, trampoline scooters and other outdoor games are available as well as children's toys.
Our cats TIKI and MICKEY will offer you some hugs against kibbles, they are used to children.

VACANCES REUSSIES DANS UNE BELLE VILLA

Une grande piscine bien entretenue par le propriétaire et 2.000 mètres de jardin clôturé avec le portail électrique . Les enfants ont profité du trampoline et des divers jeux mis à leur disposition. L'intérieur est très propre, fonctionnel avec de larges baies vitrées et plein Sud. Que du positif, c'est la bonne adresse.
