- Two bedrooms, one on the ground floor of 12 m² on terrace (sleeping in 160 cm x 200 cm), the other upstairs of 9 m² (sleeping two beds in 90 cm x 200 cm with possibility of them reunite for a 180 cm x 200 cm bed).
- a living room open onto a fully equipped and fitted kitchen (microwave, ceramic hob, multifunction oven, dishwasher, washing machine, 2-door refrigerator with top freezer, and small appliances) with convertible corner sofa (sleeping accommodation 160 cm x 190 cm) on the terrace.
- 1 bathroom (Italian shower) with WC.
- private terrace with garden furniture (6 people).
- private parking space inside the enclosed, tree-filled plot.
- access to the private swimming pool of 10 ml x 4 ml in season, with wooded park.
This cottage is new as well as all its layout.
It is an ideal place for a family pose where we will warmly welcome you with concern for your comfort.

Tolle ruhige Lage und doch nah am Meer

Das Haus ist im beschaulichen Ort Montbazin mit toller Bäckerei und einem kleinen Supermarkt, der eine unglaubliche Auswahl hat. Es ist wunderbar ruhig und man ist innert 20 Minuten in Küstendörfern wie Mèze direkt am Meer mit Läden und Restaurants. Den Pool teilt man mit zwei anderen Parteien, die aber in anderen Häusern wohnen, so dass man sich kaum in die Quere kommt. Das Haus ist so gebaut, dass es trotz über 30° nicht so sehr aufheizt, so dass die Klimanlagen nur ab und zu genutzt werden müssen. Laurent ist ein toller Gastgeber, der uns viele gute Tipps zu Ausflügen und Restaurants gegeben hat.
