The second bedroom, also facing south, has a 160 cm bed and a cupboard/wardrobe. A first living room covered in seagrass consists of a room with a sofa bed (for 2 people) of approximately 14 m², as well as a second room with a library. The veranda houses a second living room with TV and a dining room opening onto a balcony with panoramic city views. Although the residence is not equipped with an elevator, a "Stannah" stair lift is available. In addition, a private garage is at your disposal.
