Newly remodeled riverfront home with private boat ramp and dock. Enjoy this 3 bedroom 3 bath home that sleeps up to 10. Wake up to the beautiful Mississippi River. Sit on the deck to enjoy your morning coffee. Watch the wildlife (including the eagles) from the back deck. Private concrete boat ramp to put your ski boat or fishing boat in and tie it off at the end of the day on the private dock. Grill on the back deck or enjoy the fire pit in the evenings. Full game room in garage including golf simulator, poker table, ping pong table, and bags. This house is a families dream even in the winter. Wineries nearby as well. Minutes from historic downtown Le Claire and 10 miles from the Quad Cities. House is handicap accessible.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Cleaning fee covers sanitizing and changing bedding for next guests. It does not include cleaning up after your spaghetti dinner. Extra fees may be charged for stains and extra messes.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Dock and ramp are for use by request only. Owner not responsible for activities on or around river. Smoking outdoors only.
We are on a septic system. Do not flush anything except toilet paper!

We had a great stay. The home is exactly as listed and the photos reflect its beauty. We had a lovely breeze off the river. Great communication with the owner. Would definitely stay again.

Space to breath

The property had more than enough space for my family of 6 adults. It was peaceful, minus the occasional train, with plenty to do. My adult kids loved the game room while my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. It is just a short drive to town, but we did everything from grilling on the deck to playing a rowdy card game around the large table with friends. Beds were comfortable and Kara’s home was clean. We hope to stay with her again in the fall.

Perfect for our trip!!

Our girls trip was a 4 night stay and we loved every minute of it! Beautiful view of the river from the back deck. We spent a lot of time on the deck. Very relaxing! Owner was very helpful with any questions we had. Easy check in and out process. The house is spacious with many views of the river. Close to downtown Le Claire where we did a lot of shopping, looking and just taking it all in. I would definitely recommend staying here and should we come back this is where we will stay again!! Thank you for a great stay!!

Perfect place to celebrate, chill & enjoy time with dear friends!!

This home had so much to offer! One weekend was not enough time to enjoy everything. Newly and beautifully remodeled with the magnificent Mississippi as the focus. The owners were very eager to make sure our time there was the best they could make it. We are a little reluctant to provide such a good review because our group of 8 ladies definitely want to return in the future & want to make sure there is some availability left for us!!

VERY relaxing stay

I wanted to spend a couple of days relaxing. Since i had never done this kind of trip i had hoped it would not disappoint. It didn't. It was.just what i had hoped. If ypu are looking for a relaxing place, this is it.

We live on the Mississippi River ourselves and love every minute of it. Le Claire is a wonderful town with a ton to do. Just watching the river is entertainment. We have been working hard to make this home even more beautiful. Completely gutted in fall of 2024 to reconfigure bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen to give the home more of a river view.

Why they chose this property

It is beautiful. The only downfall is the train as this home is next to tracks but the river and house make it worth it.

What makes this property unique

We don’t flood. We have a private boat ramp and dock, and multiple things to do in the garage if it does rain.
