About this property

Our clean, warm, & inviting townhome has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and all the comforts of home. The living room has a sofa and loveseat, as well as cable TV, a DVD player and flat screen TV for you to relax with.

Want to have some private-time in the splash pool?....the sparkling splash pool has privacy walls to the side. Or choose to sit and relax in the warm Florida sun on the deck. The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switch-able alarms.

The master suite which is located upstairs has a king bed, flat screen TV with cable and a walk-in closet and its own full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom upstairs features 2 twin-sized beds with a flat screen TV. The 3rd bedroom, located downstairs has sleeping arrangements consisting of a queen-sized bed.

The townhome also features a fully equipped kitchen: full size refrigerator with oven/flat top burners, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker dishes, utensils, silverware, pots, and pans etc. full size washer, and dryer in unit, just beyond the living room is the lanai for your morning coffee and fresh air.

Met our needs

Great location with comfortable amenities. We love Windsor hills and always stay here on our trips to Orlando. This property is lacking in terms of decorations compared to other Windsor hills properties we have stayed at in the past but it was still adequate for our needs. The pool area was not used as it wasn’t particularly inviting or clean looking but the resort pool was wonderful. Extra blankets in the closets would have been nice, but great experience overall!

Pleasant Stay

This was not our first time staying at Windsor Hills, but it was our first time staying at this property. The condo was plenty big for our family of 5. It is lacking in decor, but we didn’t spend much time in the condo to care too much. It is a close walk to the pool, close to Disney, and a Walmart is right down the street to make it even more convenient. You do have to drive to a different location to get your check in information which is a little inconvenient but if you know that beforehand and plan accordingly then it will be fine. Overall, we love Windsor Hills and will always choose to stay there when coming to Disney.

Gets the job done

Has very little supplies in kitchen and bathroom so make time to go stock up. Check kitchen appliances that can be used before making dinner list. Decor is lacking to make it feel like home. It is a good place to lay your head and bathe though. The location is also good!

All in all the house itself is good for a family or group. There were 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms so we all had lots of space. Pros - fairly close to the pool and clubhouse. Backed onto green area so no backyard neighbors. Cons - Pool was gross, chips from previous guests left on the patio ground, water was very dirty (we had many other friends in other houses that had a CLEAN POOL, our kids went to their houses to swim) and pool furniture is stained. The pool guy came and said it just needed chlorine and blamed it on the storm but honestly the pump was not working properly and it was like that before the storm. Kind of a pain to have to go buy dish soap and garbage bags, having a starter pack would have been much appreciated. (I had read in other reviews that they were provided) Could add a few things to the kitchen like salad bowl, potholders, and a broom that isn’t broken. Beds are old and not very comfortable - could use an upgrade. Overall the stay was ok for the cleanliness of the house and the price - but not being able to use our pool sucked because it was a big deciding factor between renting a townhouse and condo.
