Very nice studio & friendly hostess

Very nice studio with all the attributes you need for a bit longer stay. Located very close to the lake and the old city center, everything is doable on foot (although there's plenty of bus stops in the vicinity as well). We were welcomed by a very friendly hostess, who gave us a lot of information on all the possible activities in the area. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Super sejour

Tres beau studio dans résidence calme, bien agencé :), terrasse très agréable avec table pour deux au soleil (avec vis a vis) Place de parking en sous sol très petite, nous avons préféré se garer à l'extérieur mais dans la résidence, aucun risque et il y avait toujours de la place. Sinon il y avait tous ce qu'il faut côté cuisine, pour la salle de bain, le pommeau de douche est a changé. Propriétaires très gentils, ils nous ont fourni les cartes et conseiller les choses à faire. Parfait :)

Studio idéal pour vacances à deux, proche du lac et de la vieille ville. Tout peut se faire à pied.

La propriétaire des lieux nous a très bien accueillis. Elle nous a conseillé des balades avec de la documentation. Elle est tout à fait disponible. Le logement est idéalement situé. Le lac est à moins de 10 min à pied et la vieille ville d'Annecy à 15min. La résidence est sécurisée et au calme avec parking sous terrain privé. Studio idéal pour un séjour à deux.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans l’appartement de madame Laffin. Appartement idéalement situé, résidence privée, fermée très calme. Appartement très bien équipé, idéal pour un couple. 5 minutes à pieds du lac et de la vieille ville. Madame Laffin a été très accueillante, nous reviendrons.

appartement propre et bien situé

Nous avons apprécié la situation de l'appartement dans une résidence calme et sécurisée. Ce logement est idéalement bien placé entre le lac (à 5 minutes à pieds) et la vieille ville d'Annecy (à 10 minutes à pieds), pas besoin de voiture pour ce déplacer dans Annecy. Tous les commerces sont proches (boulangerie, primeur, supérette, tabac-presse...). Je recommande ce logement également pour la gentillesse de Mme Laffin.
