Stoneybrook is in the heart of Estero with plenty of shopping and dining minutes away, either walking or driving. Florida beaches are within half an hour and the airport is within 10 minutes. This is the perfect home away from home for your winter vacation.

Stoneybrook

We had a wonderful time in Shannon‘s beautiful house. Minor problems were taken care of immediately, so everything was perfect. The neighbourhood is very friendly and safe. The house is huge and very nicely furnished. We really enjoyed the gorgeous Pool too. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet, it almost felt like swimming in a nature resort. We would love to come again!

Ian Relocation

Lost our condos in FMB due to Hurricane Ian and needed a place to call home and have Family continue our Thanksgiving Tradition. The Lambert Home at Stonybrook was an answer to our prayer.Thanks to this wonderful find we all had a wonderful time. What a gracious Community. I would happily stay here again. The location is great. We were very busy working on the restoration of our places on FMB and were so happy to have the comfort here at Stoneybrook to relax at the end of each day. Our Family coming for Thanksgiving was was a lovely time. Finding this was a lovely stroke of luck.

Great stay

This was a great vacation for my husband and I. The home was clean and everything we expected. Shannon was an exceptional host and replied to anything we asked which was very minimal. We will be back!!

Perfect home away from home

This property is located in a golf community in an incredible family friendly neighborhood with very warm, welcoming, and kind people! The house is amazingly sized, clean and equipped with everything you need. Don’t even get me started on the tub in the master bedroom, large kitchen, and amazing pool with a grill and beautiful view of the pond! My family and I love love love this place. Shannon is the owner and is very responsive as well as incredibly helpful if you need anything at all. Would recommend to anyone!

Wonderful

We have been renting in this area for about 15 years. This is by far the best home we have stayed at. The home is large, clean and very comfortable. The pool was wonderful. The location is very close to everything . Also, the neighborhood is very friendly with plenty to do. We stayed for 1 month and made friends with people down at the pool and the pickel ball courts. Our experience was terrific. Can't wait to go back next year. Thanks again Shannon
