THIS IS RESORT STYLE LIVING!
The condo features stunning ceramic floors throughout. Open concept easy to maintain. The furniture is all top designer and tastefully matched. A place to be truly comfortable and proud to stay. The vaulted ceilings give a great spatial feeling, with a lovely view overlooking the 11th fairway.
Everything is included from fully furnished kitchen, (if any thing is missing or required, let us know, comfort is our goal), with new (Gallery Collection, Stainless Steel Smudge proof) Frigidaire, complete with ice maker, Dishwasher and self cleaning Oven. We have 3 types of coffee makers, NESSPRESSO, (original pods), KURIG, (Kcups), and automatic drip coffee maker. New toaster, We have place setting for 6.
King size bed in master and king size bed in guest bedroom, complete with linens and TV's.
The living-room has Italian leather NATUZZI couch, complete with a queen size hide-a-bed, next to the matching leather recliner and barrel chair in front of the 70-inch flat screen HD Smart TV, with basic cable, YES WIFI IS INCLUDED!
If this is not enough it is in a 24 hour gated community featuring, pay as you play certified PGA Award winning registered golf course, (ask for discount details, we can arrange it), 3 swimming pools to choose from, hot tub, 24 hour fitness room, outdoor roller rink, tennis courts, 6 pickleball courts, bocce courts, (bocce balls available), beach volleyball, recently installed lacrosse nets, baseball diamond, soccer pitch, library……. plus more just ask.
We are located across from the Miromar Outlets, I-75 Highway, only 9 minutes to Ft. Myers Airport (RSW), Coconut Point Mall, Restaurants, are not far. There are many Beaches to choose from, Barefoot Preserve Beach, Lowdermilk Beach, Naples Pier Beach, Vanderbilt, Bonita Beach, to mention a few.

Enjoyed our stay in Stoneybrook. Great community with lots of activities to be involved in. Estero is a great location between Ft Myers and Naples for even more to enjoy. Our condo was wonderful with everything we needed and more. Our host Roberto was so friendly and easy to work with. Plan to return sometime in the future.

Great Stay

We spent six nights in Estero for a friend’s wedding nearby. Roberto and Lisa were very attentive and responsive hosts. Condo was quiet, clean, spacious and most importantly as advertised. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, loved the pools, shopping , wildlife! Only downside…if you have any mobility challenges this property might not be a good fit. Second floor and lots of steps. Wasn’t an issue for our group but no mention in the listing.

I cannot emphasize enough how nice the unit is nand how thoughtful and accommodating the owners are. The condo is immaculate and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Owners went above and beyond to work with me when I made a scheduling mistake. They couldn’t have been nicer and really cared that we had the best experience possible. I thank them so much!!!

Has mold and lots of it. Place was not clean on arrival. Found long hair in master shower, guest bathroom. Got a new sweeper mop and it was awful what was on the sweeper pads. Am asking for full reimbursement. I have pictures.

Too short

Our time in Estero at Stoneybrook was too short. There is so much to do in the area that a month is not long enough to see everything. We found great seafood at Skip One seafood and Nervous Nellies in Fort Myer's. We made it down to the beach several times and had breakfast on the beach, can't beat it. We also found across Corkscrew Ford's garage, great burgers and bar. The Stoneybrook Community is exceptional. Your surrounded by a golf course and wild life. My wife enjoyed seeing deer almost every night. The condo, the pools the whole area are maintained spotlessly. It was great to have the choice of 3 pools to drop my wife at while I went to the golf course. I really enjoyed playing Stoneybrook, staff was great. In all this was a great trip.

Resort feeling atmosphere

We have rented many condos thru out the US. This is now my favorite stay. Very clean, very comfortable furniture and all the accommodations you need for a beach stay. Conveniently located near many beaches, the airport and shopping. The owners were very accomondating. Highly recommend.

Perfect location and amenities

This condo was perfect for my mother and I. We were looking for a centrally located condo with neighborhood amenities. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed in the unit. We used the fully stocked kitchen to make two meals per day. We enjoyed coffee on the screened porch each morning. The covered parking was appreciated. We visited two of the pools and both were very well maintained, clean, perfect temp with plenty of seating. We also used the beach chairs and umbrella to visit the beach - so convenient and helpful to not have to purchase our own or rent at the beach. Beds were comfortable, TVs were awesome, water pressure was great. The neighborhood was very quiet. There seriously is not one thing I could ask to improve. Everything was perfect. Thank you.
