This is our 3rd year renting this house. It is a wonderful place to stay within a gated community in Estero very close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. It has a lanai with a lovely pool and whirlpool. Exercise room, pickleball, tennis, 9 hole golf, bocce and shuffleboard are all located in the development. Excellent neighborhood for walking. The house has everything you need for the beach and other activities. Meg and Mark great owners and are very helpful. Loved our stay. Bruce and Anita

This is a wonderful place to stay. Modern, neat and a lovely area. Beautiful pool and whirlpool. Lots of activities in the development. Exercise room, pickleball, tennis, golf, bocce and shuffleboard. Good neighborhood for walking. Owners very helpful and accessible.

Great home, great community!

We stayed the entire month of February in this beautiful and very clean home. The house had everything and more. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub (spa). Mark and Meg were wonderful hosts. Very responsive. We hope to stay there again.

Relax in Estero

Beautiful well maintained house in the Estero centrally located between Fort Meyers and Naples. The house has a pool, jacuzzi and beautiful lanai and yard. Development has golf, pickleball, tennis, swimming and more. Near many restaurants and shopping. This modern house is lovely and has everything you need, move in ready to relax and enjoy your vacation. We had a wonderful stay for the month of January, 2024. Anita and Bruce Taylor

Perfect vacation home

Timely & detailed responses from great owners. House immaculately clean & organized. Provided more provisions than past rentals (beyond just a few paper towels/toilet paper/cleaners). Loved newer pool/hot tub w/lot of in-pool seating. Great backyard with 100% privacy adjacent to preserve & with mature landscaping on sides. Well stocked kitchen with excellent cookware. Temperature in pool, hot tub & inside house comfortable. No issues with any systems, TVs or appliances. Nice neighborhood for walking/biking. Comfy bed/pillows in master bedroom w/ dual sinks in attached bathroom. (Only 2 of us but would easily accommodate 6 in bedding - as well as seating for dining inside or outside. Highly recommended & hope to return.

Fountain Lakes-Fantastic

Our rental in Fountain Lakes was wonderful. Owners, Mark and Meg, are easy to work with and addressed any questions promptly. The pool and jacuzzi are relaxing and beautiful . We fell in love with the great neighborhood. This home has a relaxing vibe that we enjoy. We love just hanging out by the new pool and taking in the great weather in SWFL all year around. Our kids love the proximity to beaches, shopping, and Starbucks.
