We purchased this home in Florida because we love the area, activities, and the weather. Something for everyone - from simply relaxing to plentiful local attractions. We plan to retire here in the future.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with the great neighborhood. This home has a relaxing vibe that we enjoy. We love just hanging out by the new pool and taking in the great weather in SWFL all year around. Our kids love the proximity to beaches, shopping, and Starbucks.
