About this property

HOME: Fully renovated home located in North Naples, just minutes from beaches and countless dining, shopping and golf options. Heated salt pool and spa with private fenced-in yard. If you enjoy sitting by a fire-pit, watching movies, cooking, and hanging with family and friends - you'll find our home is the perfect place for all!

The home is 1,860 square feet and features tile and wood floors throughout, a heated salt pool and hot tub, gas fire pit with seating for 6 by the water, a hands-free retractable screened-in lanai, an open concept kitchen, a dining room with seating for 10, and a bar area with separate beverage fridge.

KITCHEN: One of our favorite areas of the home. It features quartz countertops, an induction range, deep basin double sink and stainless appliances. The oversized island is a great place to hang or to drink your morning coffee.

BACKYARD: Another favorite of ours. It's fenced in with plenty of room for relaxing, gatherings, or yard games (we provide bag toss/corn-hole and yard dice). A 3-burner Weber grill is ready for you to cook up your favorite foods. The lawn was re-sodded in 2017 with Zoysia grass, or "up north" grass as many call it. Which is much softer on you and your guests feet than traditional Florida grass.

POOL: 6 lounge chairs are provided for you to enjoy a relaxing stay. The gas heater will heat the hot tub to 104 degrees in about 30 minutes. In addition, the pool receives its chlorine through a salt system, which is much gentler on the skin than liquid chlorine.

ACTIVITIES: Provided are two beach-cruiser style bicycles, board games, 4 beach chairs, and 2 coolers.

LOCATION: Conveniently located in the Palm River community (at Immokalee Rd & Airport Rd), you're only 4 miles from the beach and a bike ride away from Publix, and other restaurants and shops. I-75 is minutes away to hop on the interstate and explore Florida. North Naples waterpark Sun-N-Fun Lagoon is 1 mile away.

Loved this home…will rent again one day…

One of the most well stocked and beautiful homes we’ve rented. Had everything we needed, hosts were incredibly attentive and kind…close to everything you need and better than the pictures. We absolutely loved our stay and Lord willing will come again!

When you rent a VRBO, many times there is always a bit of skepticism of the pictures, etc. However, in this case they were 100% correct. The house was been well maintained and the backyard was a great surprise to how secluded and quiet it was. The property was clean and everything worked as expected. The location with quick access to Imokalee and I75 was as convenient as you will get in Naples providing quick access to grocery stores and restuarants. If we do need rental property in Naples, this is definitely one we would use again. Owners responded almost immediately to answer any questions or requests we had. Compared to other properties at this pricepoint that we have rented in Naples area, I would strongly recommend.

Just Perfect

Beautifully renovated home and communicative gracious hosts! The outdoor space is spectacular and was just perfect for our trip. We wish the weather had been more cooperative but lucked out with a few beautiful days. The house was a perfect location for us situated in North Naples in between my family located in Estero, downtown Naples and East Naples so it was easy to get everywhere. We will definitely be back!

Everything And More

We picked this property as it was walking distance to my daughters home. Walked into a stunning view of the lake and the home was impeccable. Aside from a few groceries we needed, the host thought of everything we could possibly need along with info on how to operate it all . On our supposed last day all flights were canceled. Host gave us the green light to stay another 24 hours so we could make other arrangements without any inconvenience. We highly recommend and hopefully will use again for all our future visits!
