This BEACH HOME boasts a TROPICAL OASIS style back yard with PRIVATE fenced in HEATED POOL and a SPACIOUS WIDE OPEN living area.The 3 Bedroom 2 Bath holds up to 8 people with very comfortable sofas, large flat screen TVs, a large kitchen with granite countertops, generous kitchen island, and a dining room table . With the 2 provided bikes, take a ride down to world famous Vanderbilt Beach. Beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, and a cooler all included!

The space
The world-renowned Vanderbilt Beach is just 1.7 miles away and is home to the Ritz-Carlton and The Turtle Club Restaurant which both offer waterside dining. If you are more of a nature lover, spend the day at Delnor-Wiggins State Park that is also just a mile away. Delnor-Wiggins offers bathhouses at each beach access and tables where you can enjoy a perfectly private picnic. The Mercato Entertainment District is also just a short mile away from our home. Mercato is known for its abundance of dining, entertainment and shopping options. The Pub, AZN Cuisine, The Hampton Social, Cavo Lounge, Rocco’s Tacos and Tequila Bar, Blue Martini and Burn a Cigar Bar are just some of your options. Many of these locations also offer live music and dancing. The Pavilion Cinema and the Waterside Shops are also a short distance away. With it’s PRIME LOCATION, our Beach Home, is the ideal place for your next trip to PARADISE.

The master bedroom with an on suite and walk-in closet also has doors that provides access to your private heated pool. A queen bed in the second bedroom (also with access to pool) and two twin beds in the 3rd bedroom give you plenty of options to help plan your vacation. One of the couches has a pullout as well for additional sleeping needs.

This home is abundantly appointed with everything you could think of such as new linens, towels, Wi-Fi, cable TV on two of the TVs (master bedroom and family room), and a BBQ grill for your outdoor entertainment. The garage includes chairs, umbrellas, toys, and a cooler to use when going to the beach.

My husband and I along with our son and his family stayed at the Gem beach house this past December. This house was great. It was comfortable and had plenty of space for the 7 of us. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool which was clean and warm. The location was fabulous - close to the beach and all the other places we wanted to visit. Blake was a great host responding to my questions promptly. I would highly recommend this property.

The whole house was clean and had everything we needed plus more. The location was excellent. Shops and restaurants galore within one or two miles. The 2 bikes available were used everyday to ride to breakfast and the beach. The pool was clean and refreshing to have. The garage has many pool and beach toys, coolers, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach water shoes, all in excellent shape. Kitchen also well stocked. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Blake was excellent to work with in responding to any questions promptly. We got a flat tire on one of the bikes and someone was sent over right away the next morning and fixed it. We already inquired about staying next year!

Family visit to get out of Minnesota winter.

My husband and I stayed at this property for 2 weeks with a few family members joining us for part of it. The place was immaculately clean, the room set up was very accommodating for us, the kids absolutely loved the pool, the location was nearly perfect: close to the beach, restaurants, grocery store and church. We would definitely stay there again.

The property was well-maintained and nicely provisioned with the necessary beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys. It was close to several lovely beaches and it also came with two bikes enabling easy access. The pool and backyard were an extra plus for that early morning cup of coffee. The owner was also very responsive and accommodating. I recommend this property highly.

Wonderful location and beautiful home

We had a great stay at this property. We were in town for a family wedding and needed a place for our 6 person family (2 adults, four teens). This worked out great. The pool was a great plus, the home was clean and comfortable, and everything was as described in the listing. The owner/manager checked in with us frequently (but not in an annoying way) and answered all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again next time we come to Naples!

This house truly is a GEM!

We had a great stay at this house, I wish we could give it more than 5 stars. First of all the hosts were extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. They truly made us feel welcome in their home.The house is even better than listed. It’s extremely clean, full of everything you need…2 coffee makers, beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, bikes, etc. The pool is great, very well kept and clean…our kids spent hours swimming in it! The location is also perfect, a quick drive to Vanderbilt Beach or quick access everywhere else. Our family of 7 fit perfectly in the house (we loved that we could all fit around the kitchen table and there was a ton of outdoor seating too) & it was the perfect place for us to stay on our vacation!!!
