We’ve stayed at this property multiple times and it’s always a lovely stay. The pool was refreshing and the house was clean. The owners leave plenty of tp, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher soap, etc. available. We will be back to stay again!!!

The property is clean, inviting and warm feeling. The decor is sleek and minimalist. All appliances worked perfectly. Other than your personal belongings, everything was there that you need. The pool was clean and warm. The lawn furniture was clean and comfortable and not worn out. The beds were a little firm yet comfortable. Communication with the owner was simple and effortless. All questions answered. We will be back. This property is on our favorites list.

This was the perfect location for our family of 4. Close to the beach and restaurants- and close to grocery stores. We felt right at home with the cozy bedrooms and kitchen. The pool was incredible. Would highly recommend staying here for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation spot.

Enjoyed our stay, the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need to cook with. Bedrooms were comfortable loved the outdoor area and the pool. Great location. There was a grill provided, but very little propane so we didn’t use it. Everything was stocked that you would need to go to the beach.

Always a great stay here

We’ve stayed here for several years and it’s always a great stay. Very clean and well appointed. We enjoy using the private pool and the free bikes to ride to Vanderbilt Beach.

House was as described. Very clean, great location, bikes with helmet and locks and beach chairs provided. Pool was warm and very comfortable Lanai was large and perfect for my 90-year-old mother who send her entire day there. Would definitely rent again for next year's family trip

Why they chose this property

This property is set for ease of use. Beach chairs, bike, cooler, everything you need to have a wonderful vacation is at your finger tips. Walk to stores, restaurants, and more. Recieved wonderful reviews and happy to say our guests have enjoyed this property.

What makes this property unique

The closeness to Vanderbilt beach is great with 2 access points-Vanderbilt Beach and Bluebill beach access with parking available in both areas. There are sidewalks and great views of the canal streets, about 15-20 minute walk, or the bikes will get you there in 10-15 minutes. If your prefer parking at the beach, a spot in the garage is only $10(Vanderbilt beach). The people are friendly and laid back and the neighborhood is very quiet. For a family this setting far outweighs any hotel situation. Everything you need is there and set up for a stress free vacation.
