Clean room, comfortable beds, impressive arcade. Two pools and hot tubs for the entire resort. Lots of people were using the pools.

We had a great stay over the holiday weekend. We enjoyed the amenities (putt-putt, pools, hot tub, and tennis courts for pickleball) and the surrounding attractions (Normal Rockwell museum as well as the waterfall hikes)

Stayed in the grand two bedroom Villa which was very spacious and clean as advertised. The one thing I would note is that the water running and footsteps in other rooms can be very loud and disruptive at night.

Great week in the Berkshires

We were very happy with the 2 bedroom villa that we rented. It was spacious and the property was very accommodating in terms of supplies needed. It was well located and we took advantage of the fitness center at the property.

Wonderful Resort for Families

The property was clean, beautiful, and had numerous activities for children. Unfortunately, because of the cold, some of the outdoor activities were unavailable, but I would love to come back with my children in the summer or the fall. Highly recommend.

Superb Choice!

I cannot believe I have been coming to the Berkshires for years and did not know of this great place to stay. It had all the amenities you need. Lee is the beginning of the Berkshires. The Unit was large, clean, and well stocked. Plan to come back annually.

Clean, convenient, fun

We stayed for one overnight for a ski day the next day. Kids only had time for the indoor pool, but had a blast as there were two of them with hot tubs in each and not too many people. The suite was just as described and depicted. Clean, simple and elegant enough - perfect combination for the value and our needs. The only thing I would ask for is to have some tea and individual coffee packets available in the room.

Great Spot Near Butternut!

Our family of four plus my two parents stayed overnight during a ski getaway and loved the condo! It was very clean with tons of room for everyone! The master bedroom and bathroom are huge, and my kids loved using the Jacuzzi tub. The indoor pool complex is a short walk away and was very nice to have access to. The property is about a 15 minute drive from Butternut and was MUCH better than staying in a hotel. I can see this place being wonderful to visit in the summer as it has a lot of outdoor activities available (mini golf, several pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, and hiking). The only two drawbacks are that the condo is a 3rd floor outdoor walk up (there may be an elevator but we didn't see one) and the kitchen supplies like knives and cooking utensils could use an update. Overall, it is an excellent place to stay and if we do another overnight trip to the area, we will be sure to stay here!

Nice but a few issues

Overall, the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom villa was very clean and in a great location for access to Tanglewood, Stockbridge and Lenox. Grocery shopping is 5 minutes away and very convenient. The issues we had were small - space wasn't ready at 4:30 pm for check-in so we had to wait until 5:30 (that delayed our evening plans). There was no hand or body soap so we had to make an extra trip to the store. We had expected some cooking basics like oil, some spices, etc. There was a very tiny salt and pepper but not enough for real cooking. The smoke alarm went off at 5:45 pm both evenings we were there. The maintenance folks came very quickly the first night and we fixed it the second. We were also not prepared for "the pitch" about buying in. We opted out but it was still a surprise. Overall, great location but needs a little more attention to detail.

Peaceful Retreat

Nice, quiet property. All employees we encountered were wonderful. Property was as pictured and overall, clean. We did have to wash some of the dishes before using them to cook. Unfortunately, someone renting the floor below was smoking so we weren't able to enjoy the outside deck. We enjoyed the on-site mini-golf and the peacefulness of the entire property. We would definitely recommend it and be happy to book again!

Very nice place, only complaint is the website said dogs were not allowed but when we got there we saw several dogs.
