Accueil désastreux à La Clisse

A notre arrivée le 26 juin, le gite du RdC que j'avais réservé, est occupé, la propriétaire nous a préparé l'appartement au 1° étage, déclarant que je me suis trompée dans ma réservation! or, j'avais écarté d'emblée le logement au 1° étage en raison de l'escalier extérieur visiblement trop pénible à monter et surtout à descendre pour mon amie récemment opérée d'une prothèse totale du genou; "j'aurais dû prévenir que j'étais accompagnée d'une handicapée !" Grâce à l'appui d'Abritel, nous avons enfin obtenu d'être installées dans le gîte du RdC de plain-pied jeudi 30 juin après le départ des précédents locataires. Bilan : après des excuses bien tardives, nous avons dû réduire nos allers et venues pendant 4 jours en raison de l'escalier; transférer nos affaires et faire le ménage à 2 reprises.
