Tenant MUST sign pool addendum in owner s file. all the cable boxes to the newest Comcast X1 platform, along with their newest modem. We upgraded our service to what�s called the �Super Double� play level of service, which includes all the channels you would normally expect, plus a good amount of �premium� channels that we did not have before. Also it brings the modem speed up to 4x faster than what we had at the house previously.
Our Vendor, Sound Advice also has install a system in the house to boost and expand the WI-FI range for internet that would comfortable cover all the outer area of the pool and deck areas. I think the tenants would be real happy with this upgrade, as to internet connectivity and reliability.
I have also changed out the older Sharp TV�s in the Bedrooms to newer 43� Sony High Definition TV�s, and upgrade the Comcast DTA boxes to high definition. So, it should be quite a difference as to the TV experience in the bedrooms, especially for repeating tenants.
We also upgraded �All� the bathroom toilets in the house to Koehler �comfort height� toilets in a nice matching color with soft close seats, and we installed access handles in the tub/shower areas for guest who may need assistant getting in and out of the Tub / Shower areas. This was a recommendation from a prior tenant that we were happy to put in place.
At the end of the prior season, we also put in brand a new GE Washer and Dryer Appliances.
We also added to 2 New comfortable Chat / Reading area chairs in the great room to replace the older chairs that were damaged last season.
So my goal was to make things bit more comfortable for tenants, with bathroom improvements, washing and drying appliances, upgraded entertainment hardware, Newer HD TV�s in the bedrooms, significantly better internet performance / range and upgraded Comcast cable TV service.
