About this property

Large and bright modern house 200 m from the beach

Our house is beautifully decorated and very pleasant. You will have three bedrooms, a dormitory for children and three bathrooms. On the ground floor, a large living room hosts a lounge, a dining room and a kitchen with a central island, ideal for aperitifs with friends while cooking the catch of the day! The house is well equipped for children of all ages.
Outside, everything is thought for the holidays: two terraces (one full south, the other covered), a barbecue, a trampoline, a swing, two hammocks and a thousand square meters of green and quiet.
Lanseria Beach, very famous, is very close, ideal for swimming or fishing on foot after the tide, sailing, walking or kite flying. There are a dozen bikes available in the garage, all the beach and fishing equipment.

Our house is nicely decorated and very pleasant to live. You will have three bedrooms, a dormitory for children and three bathrooms. On the ground floor, a big room welcomes a lounge, a dining room and a kitchen with a central island, ideal to drink a glass of wine while friends cooking the fishing of the day! The house is well equipped for children.
Ouside, everything is thought for the holidays: two terraces (a sunny at the south, the other covering), a barbecue, a trampoline, a swing, two hammocks and one thousand square meters of peaceful green ground.
The Lanseria beach, is well known, is very close, ideal to swim, go fishing, sail, walk or some kite flying. There are about ten bikes at your disposal in the garage, and all to play on the beach and go fishing

Caroline nous a permis d'arriver plus tôt, ce qui nous a bien arrangée. La maison est tres bien équipée, spacieuse, proche la plage.Nous avons apprécié le petit poêle avec le grand qui régnait pdt notre séjour. La maison etait propre et chauffee en arrivant .

Tres beau séjour,La région est très jolie. La maison est top, beaucoup d'espaces, on ne se marche pas dessus même a 9! Bien équipée, il y avait tout ce qu'il faut. Le ménage aurait pu etre mieux fait.Super bien placée, la mer à 5 min et beaucoup de choses a faire dans un rayon de 30 min en voiture.

Maison agréable et bien située

Très bon séjour dans cette maison très spacieuse située dans un quartier calme. Très bien équipée pour cuisiner et avec de nombreuses possibilités pour se détendre : piano, ping pong, vélos, grand jardin, plancha, barbecue et brasero. Les chambres et salles de bains sont agréables et nous n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur. La plage est à 200m et il y a de nombreuses possibilités de ballades à pied par les chemins des douaniers ou par les plages à marée basse. Visite des marais salants, observation d'oiseaux par contre quasiment pas de pistes cyclables. A 500m du centre de Quimiac avec une bonne boulangerie et un grand marché très fourni 2 fois par semaine. Piriac-Sur-Mer est à 10mn en voiture ou 1h15 par le sentier et vaut vraiment le détour. La propriétaire est aux petits soins et notre séjour s'est déroulé sans mauvaise surprise.
