Spacious apartment furnished, for rent, for days, weeks and months, in the street Albareda, No 61, under Left. Woermann opposite the building and beside the beach of Las Canteras.

103 m2 (three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom). Maximum 8 people.

It is a renovated house with history, which still retains the painted floor of the early twentieth century and with very high ceilings.

Guests can enjoy being together in the middle of the city, with all necessary services, while being able to be in one of the best beaches in the Canaries.

Clean and updated in a very convient location very close to beach restaurants coffee shop etc

I enjoyed my stay here it’s a very clean with three nice bedrooms one bathroom very comfortable and nice location the only drawback was that there are no interior windows but doors open to outside areas for ventilation the owner is delightful any so very helpful. The apartment is also close to the bus stop coffee shop and the local market

Convenient, interesting, good value

The appartment is spacious, clean and exactly as described. The building is an interesting example of one of the rare Canarian dwellings of perhaps a hundred years ago. In an excellent position, we were able to move around easily and also walk along the seafront without transport. Really good value as there are 3 double bedrooms. I'd recommend it gladly.
