"My precious" - outbuilding for 4 people in St Pierre Quiberon, 50 m from the beach

In 2019, we renovated the outbuilding located 10 meters from our large house, and we want you to enjoy this little haven of peace.

With its 50m2 consisting of a living room with kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor, and 2 bedrooms upstairs, it can comfortably accommodate 4 people (baby included).

Your private garden is set up in the shared garden, it will allow you to rest, to take good meals out of sight.

Our plus: end of stay cleaning is provided and beds are made upon arrival.

Rest assured of a peaceful stay. The outbuilding is located in a dead end just 50 meters from the beach of Kerbrougnec also known for its fine sand as for its coves coveted by the faithful and families.

For fans of water sports, it is also ideally located between the municipal school and the National Sailing School, 5 minutes' walk away. The tennis courts are 3 min by bike or 10 min by foot.

You can do your shopping in Saint-Pierre in 6 min by bike or 20 min by foot.

In addition, you can enjoy the markets on Thursday in St Pierre and Saturday in Quiberon.

The property is completely fenced. It is possible to park a vehicle there, you will also find space on the street to park for free.

Jazz, the very nice dog of the house will be present at the same time as its owners at certain times of the year, so it will wander in the garden and adore children!

In summer, rentals are from Friday to Friday (7 nights minimum), this allows you to avoid the traffic jams so famous for entering and leaving the Presqu'île.

From August 31 to July 1, the house is rented for 4 nights minimum.

• Bedroom 1: 2 single beds of 80cm with possibility of bringing them together into a 160cm bed

CONDITIONS

Do not worry, bed linen is provided and the beds are prepared for your arrival. In addition, cleaning will be done on your departure.

Remember to take your tea towels, bath mat, bathroom towels and beach towels.

We provide a cot and high chair on request.

A deposit of 500 € will be requested on your arrival and will be returned to you 7 days after your departure if no damage is noted.

Reduction: for a 15 days rental, get 1 free night Smokers are welcome but in the garden with an ashtray! Animals are not allowed.
