You are almost there ... on vacation in the sun
Hello,
the house is located in a small hamlet, clear view of the Esterel and the "noise" of birds ..
The house is individual and is 110 M2. She has a floor. At the entrance level, there is 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds that can be pushed together for a couple, 1 bedroom with a 140cm bed, a shower room with toilet and a laundry room. On the lower level are the living room, dining room and kitchen which overlook the terrace, and the outside. There is an independent toilet and a "parental" room with bed 160 and an Italian shower.
The pool is ideal for cooling before and after walks.
Mandelieu beach is 15 minutes away, Lake St Cassien 5. The motorway is 6 minutes, to reach the Var (St Raphael, Saint Maxim, Saint Tropez ...) or the Maritime Alps (Cannes, Grasse, Nice, Monaco ...)
Not to mention the hinterland and perched villages.
