This was our second stay at Glass House by the Sea, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The views are absolutely spectacular, and you can’t beat being just steps from the beach. The unit is comfortable, well-maintained and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, making it easy to settle in and enjoy paradise. The host is fantastic—helpful, organized and incredibly responsive, making everything from booking to checkout seamless. There’s a reason we came back, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

Easy check in. Great communication with the owner Billie. Bed is comfortable. Ladies… there is makeup mirror and a hairdryer with all attachments for the curly headed woman. Nice large porch with great view. Overall, wonderful experience.

We stayed at the glass house for 5 nights in April 2026 and it was fabulous. Location, amenities, space, description all spot on. We had a great vacation and would definitely stay here again. Beautiful!!

Our stay was perfect! The wrap around patio and the glass doors that opened almost all the way on both sides gave an excellent view, fresh air and the sound of waves. The location was perfect, just a few minutes drive to get to the ferry to head St. Johns. Sapphire Beach resort was so nice with open air bars and places to eat. Billie was a great host. We truly felt we had the best spot on Sapphire Beach resort. We hope to come back!

Loved the location next to the marina. We had the water views along with watching the boats come and go. The bed was very comfy. The owner was excellent with responding to any questions or needs that we had.

Unforgettable stay at The Glass House

Amazing views from the balcony, had everything we needed for our romantic anniversary vacation. Beautiful Saphire Beach was steps away with a fun beach bar and nice pool too. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Loved every minute, would highly recommend.

Beautiful views!

We have stayed in Sapphire Beach three times now and this condo is definitely my favorite. The sliding glass walls make it feel so much bigger than the other units we have stayed in. It is also decorated perfect for the beach - simple but beautiful. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home for the week!

A piece of paradise.

From the moment we booked our stay, Billie the owner, was extremely helpful and responsive. An amazing view of the Caribbean and the sound of the waves crashing up on the shore made for a majestic experience. Our room was stocked with everything we needed. We’ll be back!

Beautiful views at the Glass House by the Sea

Everything was beautiful, people were friendly, owner was wonderfully gracious and very accommodating to our needs. The location was beautiful inside and out. The pool was readily accessible as well being able to observe the bay and marina. Loved the morning sunshine and evening sunsets. The breeze was warm … love it love it!
