Incredible views of Sapphire Beach! Corner unit, 2nd floor privacy, Keyless entry! We also own the unit (beachfront) below it so if you need additional accommodations due to wedding, family reunion or traveling with friends, please check out our other VRBO listing #720774. Completely remodeled August, 2019 - Floor to ceiling! Included are chaise lounges, table & chairs, appliances, new 2019 dishwasher, high-speed WIFI included, 2 sets of snorkeling gear, King Bed that is super comfortable, all new amenities, blender, coffee maker, hair dryer, (1) large flat screen TV, air conditioning & 2 new ceiling fans; double sliding glass doors that open onto the deck; umbrellas, beach towels & amazing sunrises included. The rates quoted are for two guests ONLY.

The condo & marina complex is gated with a security person at the entry. Security personnel walk the grounds day & night.

Beach lounge chairs are included at no cost to our guests. We have a chair attendant who will place them where you choose. He will also put them away when you are through using them.

You'll find glasses, stemware, silverware, cooking & serving utensils if you want to visit the local grocery store and cook-in.

Rentals of kayaks, wind surfing & other water equipment are available at the dive shop located on the property.

The condo is in a perfect spot. Great views from the balcony/deck. Very comfortable, furnished with the basics you need for a weeks stay. I loved the location of Sapphire Beach Resort, close to restaurants, the ferry and other fabulous beaches.

From the moment we arrived our experience at Sapphire Beach was in a word - PERFECT! Check in was seamless, just showed up, used the key-code we were provided prior to arrival and there we were, in paradise! The unit was beautifully equipped and the bed was so comfortable. The view from the balcony was the icing on the cake. We were able to save money for fun adventures by using the kitchen to cook several meals and having a fully stocked kitchen made that easy and painless. I can't recommend this unit enough!

Kicking off empty nesting chapter

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was well stocked, comfortable, with the most amazing views. The upgrades were pleasing to look at day after day. My personaly, and only, recommendation is that a full length mirror be put up. I'm too short to see much below the waist in the bathroom mirror.

we had a lovely stay! Dave was always available via text message which helped us a ton, especially since we don’t always love making phone calls. the place was exactly how it looked and very clean, neat, and orderly. great bathroom and big bed with plenty of amenities. would stay again!

Amazing!!

The location was awesome, one of our excursions even left right from the Sapphire Marina, which was so convinient! There were gorgeous views of the beach, it felt very safe, and the beach bar was great! Check in and out was so easy, would definitely stay in this unit again!

Amazing property!

My husband and I stayed here for a week and we absolutely loved this place. The view from the balcony and room is stunning, and the actual beach the property sits on is one of the best on the island in our opinion. The chairs available on the beach are a big plus. This is located in the perfect area in my opinion, very close to a lot of good food in Red Hook and the ferry to St. John. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Lovely condo on the beach

This condo was as described. The view of the beach and ocean is absolutely amazing. The condo was clean, and the kitchen had most of your essential supplies. I would suggest bringing some dishwasher pods since there were none at the condo. The condo is perfect for a couple to get away and relax. The pool is beautiful and there are plenty of places to eat around Sapphire Beach.

A Perfect Week Away

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our week away staying at this property. It was clean, well-equipped, and the views were incredible! The location is convenient as there are several places to eat on the property and it is just a couple minute cab ride away from various restaurants, the grocery store, and the ferry to St. John. We were even able to go on a snorkel excursion that left from the marina on the property. As I am now sitting at home in the rain, I am sorely missing my morning coffee sitting on the balcony in the sun. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking to travel to St. Thomas!

Great vacation

The condo was just what we needed. Everything clean and in good condition. Very roomy and comfortable for the two of us. We love the view from the balcony. We really like this Resort as the waters are calm enough for good swimming and the breach in front of the units is so nice having the trees at the edge of the water and the palms scattered. You can always find shade if you want it. It felt completely safe. If you looked out any evening you could see the Security walking the area. Beach chairs were always available and put out for you by very friendly staff. We would definitely recommend this condo and look forward to returning.

Beautiful Sapphire Beach unit

My adult daughter and I had a wonderful stay in this unit. It was exactly as described. Supper easy check-in, access, parking and instructions. Great info from owner before arrival. View is beautiful from 2nd floor with open corner side and expanded deck. Loved having natural light in side windows. Far enough away from beach bar so no late noise as other's complain about. Up just a half flight of stairs from parking lot. Topper on bed made it super comfortable, one of my usual issues. No problem sleeping here. I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to friends. Go and enjoy this great unit!

Great vacation

We enjoyed our two week stay at this great corner beachfront condo. To our surprise the complete furniture and appliances were new. Wifi was available. We did not have to leave this second floor corner balcony most of the time and enjoyed the large ocean view and the soft cool eastern breeze. This condo is centrally located on the Sapphire beach and we only had to walk a few yards to the water when we are ready to take a dip in the ocean. The owner is very friendly and answered all questions. Also a resident manager was available for advice. We are looking forward to going back to the same unit next year

Fabulous Views and Condo

Only a half flight walkup with parking lot out back, this condo, being an end unit, offers a wonderful wraparound porch (dreamlike view of beach, water, islands) and large side windows, allowing light and a Caribbean breeze to flow in. The beach is wonderful (snorkeling, too); (weddings happen) and the pool was nice, too. Lynn and Dave have furnished this "top notch" with attractive floors, furniture & loads of amenities, e.g. foil, handiwrap--all those things one needs but hates to purchase for a short stay. The electric grill was wonderful. The bathroom was so nicely upgraded with large walk-in shower. Red Hook offers good restaurants (Peche & Caribbean Saloon) and Moe's, a terrific grocery.

Welcome to Paradise!

Dave & Lynn was a superhost. A week prior of our reservation Dave sent us all the necessary informations so our checked in will be as smooth and easy. Me and my husband was amazed of how the condo was fully upgraded and the view was gorgeous. When you step out in the balcony you can see the picture postcard Sapphire Beach. We watched few weddings ceremonies and sail boats while seating in the balcony during our stay. We had a great time at Dave's place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The condo is very conveniently located where you can just walk to the restaurants, coffee shop & the best part it's only few steps away from the beach. Dave's place was fantastic! Very clean and stylish place with everything you needed. Would definitely stay here again!

St Thomas - The most beautiful place we've ever been to

Where do we even start with this review. Everything about our stay here was 5 stars! Hands down the best place to ever go on vacation. The condo we stayed in was very well taken care of and the owners have incredible pride of ownership. Sitting on the patio and listening to the waves on the beach was absolutely stunning. The water at Sapphire Beach was the most beautiful water I have ever seen. Crystal blue. We would highly recommend renting this gorgeous unit at Sapphire Beach in St Thomas. My husband and I will for sure go back and rent this unit again. They even had snorkeling equipment in the unit for the guests to use. That's a huge perk! The beach here offers shade or sun, your choice, and the beach attendant will even put your beach chair out for you in the morning and put them away in the evening. The amenities inside this unit were modern and very comfortable for our stay. The air conditioning in this unit was superb and very refreshing after a hot day on the beach. The evening was very peaceful on the patio with the cool ocean breeze coming off the water. If you are looking for a once in a lifetime experience, we highly recommend renting Dave & Lynn's gorgeous unit.

Great Beach, Lovely Condo

My husband and I are still talking about our time at Sapphire Beach! The condo was wonderful..everything new, clean and quiet. Unit was well stocked with anything need for cooking. Each day we had Breakfast on the PRIVATE balcony, overlooking the beautiful beach. We were able to enjoy our daily local and national newspapers with our coffee because of the wifi. Spent many hours relaxing on the beach loungers ideally located under the natural shade of the mangrove trees. There are 2 beach areas, beautiful water and snorkeling on the reef with owner supplied equipment! There is a lovely pool, with many lounge chairs available. The beach and pool area were never crowded. The Banana Cabana had good lunch sandwiches and drinks. Within walking distant is a local restaurant / bar for lunch, dinner, drinks and music. We even walked up the hill to eat at the local food truck..yum! A short taxi ride away was Red Hook where we enjoyed dinner at good restaurants. Visiting St John is an quick ferry ride from Red Hook. The owner of this condo were wonderful, answered all our questions and were very accommodating with our schedule. The condo is exactly as advertised, quality all the way. The only problem.... We couldn't say longer!

Wonderful Stay!

The view from the balcony says it all! Sapphire Beach is one of the nicest in St. Thomas, and our condo was just steps to the beautiful Caribbean Sea. The room is in excellent condition, and they provided everything you needed for a great stay on the beach (cooler, beach toys and snorkeling masks). Loved the trees along the shoreline, they gave us a shady place to sit in the lounge chairs the property provides for guests and relax. There are amazing iguanas that come and visit the trees - people fed the celery and we all just loved watching them hangout with us. Snorkeling was great too! Everyday we saw something new. Groceries in town are expensive, but you are on an island, so be prepared to pay 3x the mainland cost. Since you have a full kitchen at the property, suggest packing some staples (can goods, pastas, bread, granola bars, juices, etc.) to take with you -- and that will leave room for all of your souvenirs to bring home. Don't miss taking the ferry from Red Hook to St. John. We did this on our last day, and wished that we went earlier. St. John has a true shopping and restaurant area to enjoy, places to eat on the beach that overlook the harbor, catch a sunset, or check out incredible Trunk Bay. We returned our rental car, driving on the island was crazy (on the left side, but with driver seat still on the left too, winding roads, broken asphalt, and steep grades). We found the $1 bus to be super easy to ride - even from the islands main area of Charlotte Amalie. Bus only goes in one direction around the island, but cabs were super easy to find for ride back - just remember to ask up front what the fee is. Dinner cruises leave from Sapphire Marina, right next the condo - don't miss it! And we loved Fish Tales in Red Hook - great food and super close. The Condo was well kept, we never had to call for anything. We loved the keyless entry, which made it easy to go to and from the beach. Be sure to enjoy a meal on the balcony. Bathroom was a great size for us, loved the large walk in shower, and they provided plenty of bath and beach towels for our extended stay. Maid service is optional, and washing clothes in the onsite laundry is $4 per load to wash, and $4 to dry. You may want to bring a small bag of laundry soap with you just in case you need it. The parking lot and the pool are very worn down, which was disappointing. Still gave 5 stars because the view and the condition of the condo was simply wonderful.

Perfect Location, Unbeatable View

Our stay at this St. Thomas condo was amazing! The view from the unit was absolutely really fun to people watch on the patio. The location is perfect, close to all the top beaches and just minutes from the ferry to St. John.We really enjoyed the restaurants at Sapphire great food and a chill vibe.The condo itself had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. It was fully stocked with all the amenities to cook our own meals when we wanted to stay in and enjoy the view.The only part that I didn’t care for was all the roosters, making calls early in the morning . The sapphire beach resort is a great location with lots of options to do whatever you want

Having lived in Colorado for 37 years, we set out to find a beach property that we would want to come back to year after year. Our search started in 2007. We scheduled a trip in April, 2013 to St. Thomas/Sapphire Beach Resort & Marina booking one of the properties using Home Away. We walked onto the beach that was just 20 feet away from our outdoor sitting area. My husband said "I think we just found what we have been looking for". We hope you enjoy our new beach home as much as we do! Our goal was to think of everything so you want for nothing as our guests.

Why they chose this property

This is the most beautiful secluded beach we have ever seen in all of our travels. We wanted property in the US and it does not get any better than this. Walk a few steps from the condo & you can do some amazing snorkeling. There are two coral reefs. The sands are pure white.

What makes this property unique

Walking the beach morning & night, beautiful sunsets, afternoon rains, iguanas, crystal clear, warm water, beautiful fish, not crowded, 2-tier infinity pool that is framed on all sides by the ocean (see pictures). Take a day trip over to the BVIs on one of the sailboats docked at the marina there on the property. St. John's is a quick 10 minute ferry ride.
