It has AMAZING views from both balconies.

Remodeled in April/May of 2023. New kitchen and new bedroom furniture.

This property is the best location on Sapphire Beach!! You get amazing views on the bedroom and the living room balconies of the ocean and of St John. The condo is in building D, and corner is next to building E.

The condo is on two levels (3rd and 4th levels of building). There are stairs inside the unit going from living area to bedroom area. In the bedroom there is a king bed. In the living area there is a queen murphy bed. Both levels have a bathroom and a shower. Both levels have balconies.

NOTE: there is a camera on the upper balcony that faces Prettyklip Point. It does not picture you while you are on the patio.

Best Views of all the Islands!

This 2 story corner unit was even better than the photos or description. The 1st floor has a full kitchen equipped with everything you need, (only thing missing was a dishwasher) but was a minor thing to wash a few dishes . Living area is nice but the deck area is really what makes this unit stand out. You can see all the islands and it wraps around to the marina view. There is a big table , where we enjoyed lunch and breakfast a few days. On the 2nd floor was a huge bedroom another full bathroom and the view from this balcony is even better than the 1st floor. The place was spotless . So clean. You literally walk a building over and your right by the pool and the beach. Communication with the owner was also excellent and any questions we had , he answered his phone immediately. If we are ever in St. Thomas again we will definitely stay here.

Best view in Smith Bay

Wonderful views! Very quaint. If you are looking for quiet and beautiful views out your windows, this is your place! The beach is a simple short walk.

We loved our stay here. The condo was very nice, clean, and had the most amazing views. There were restaurants, a coffee shop, bar, and boutique just a short walk down the beach (or sidewalk if you didn’t want to get sandy). Everyone in the area was super nice, helpful, and knowledgeable about the island. Taxi service was available to take you anywhere on the island. Sapphire beach was beautiful. The Red Hook area was nice to walk around too. And the ferry was easy to take to spend a day in St. John. (Take a taxi to Red Hook or the ferry though; the roads are rough for walking). We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Fantastic

Beautiful spot- views are amazing. Very comfortable. Several restaurants and coffee shop on site. Prompt communication with property owner. Very pleased and we did not want to leave! We will be back!
