Very nice bright apartment, bright, completely renovated, air conditioned. Composed of: 1 bedroom (2 bed 90 or 1 bed 180) 1 shower room, 1 fully equipped kitchen (microwave, electric hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, fridge ....), 1 living room with flat screen TV, sofa bed, dining table for 4 people. Wireless.

Freezing in Cannes

Cet appartement est situĂ© au quatriĂšme Ă©tage sans ascenseur, les escaliers sont trĂšs trĂšs raides Ă  monter et Ă  descendre avec des bagages. L’appartement est donc composĂ© d’un living -cuisine, une chambre et un sanitaire d’environ 2,5 mĂštres carrĂ©s, les deux sans chauffage, nous sommes en dĂ©cembre. Lorsque nous voyons la tĂ©lĂ© façon timbre poste, on nous rĂ©pond « qu’on ne vient pas Ă  Cannes pour voir la TV, on va Ă  la mer. » Nous sommes toujours en dĂ©cembre! Le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able et agressif, lorsque l’on demande par e-mail un chauffage sĂ©rieux pour la chambre, il rĂ©pond de façon trĂšs sarcastique et sans aucun effort de chauffer la chambre ou la salle de douche. La nuit Ă  Cannes il fait 4 Ă  6 degrĂ©s. Nous avons dormi tout habillĂ©s recouverts de nos propres blousons. Cette rĂ©servation a Ă©tĂ© faite depuis les USA pour une durĂ©e d’une semaine, payĂ©e d’avance, mais on ne rembourse pas. Nous sommes restĂ©s un jour. Nous avons rendu la voiture de location. Notre seul plaisir a Ă©tĂ© de quitter l’appartement et l’oublier. Par contre le propriĂ©taire n’oublie rien (pas de remboursement). Nous avons quittĂ© Cannes. Nous avions ce projet depuis longtemps, passer les fĂȘtes de NoĂ«l Ă  Cannes, mais nous n’avons pas rencontrĂ© les bonnes personnes. Nous sommes dĂ©solĂ©s et trĂšs trĂšs déçus. Nous avons notĂ© une critique Ă©logieuse sur le site VRBO apparemment faite par le propriĂ©taire lui-mĂȘme. Pour nous c’était un grand Ă©chec.

Tres jolie appartement, trÚs propre et fonctionnel. Moins de 5 mn à pied du palais des festivals. La localisation est idéale et calme, tout était parfait ! Encore merci pour votre accueil.
