• Living room: a sofa bed for 1 person, a coffee table, two armchairs, an HD TV, a WIFI / broadband Internet connection, an audio system, as well as an elegant decoration. Decorative fireplace. The living room overlooks the courtyard


• Dining area with a round table and 4 chairs. Window courtyard.


• Open kitchen with microwave, hob, fridge, cooker hood, coffee maker, teapot, dishwasher, washing machine linen and everything needed for cooking and eating.


• Bedroom is equipped with a bed 140 cm 2 places, a small dressing. Window on courtyard


• Ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, hairdryer and WC


The linen is provided (towels and sheets). Iron and ironing board. Electric heating.





The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.





- for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, there is an extra 35 € fee.

Entry lock and key are terrible

Much about this small apartment was nice and fit what I was looking for. There were 3 things I didn't like. 1. Someone had to meet me to give me the key rather than using a lockbox - not a big deal however. 2. There is no shower curtain … so water splashed all over - but again, not a big deal. The biggest issue is #3 … The front door lock is terrible. I was never able to successfully lock the door when I left the apartment. Apparently there is some trick to hold the knob and turn it a bit while turning the key. The lock is sticky and my hands were tired from trying - and still never locked the door. Why rent out an apartment with such a bad lock. Please replace the lock!!
