Stay in this family home in a quiet dead end in the district of Herbaudière on the island of Noirmoutier. Ideally located, close to the sea (150 meters) secure private lane for children. The shops, the port and the restaurants are on foot. The small beach of Luzan at 150 meters and the beach of elves at about 700 meters. The situation is ideal to discover the island by bike.
Free shuttle service in season to 200 meters.
This two-storey mason comprises on the ground floor a living room-living room, a kitchen, a bedroom with a bed 140 and BZ, a bathroom and separate toilet. On the floor a room seen sea with bed of 160 and BZ and a small room with bed 140 and corner toilet.

Tres belle maison, avec tous les ustensiles pour cuisiner les produits locaux, tres calme, parking, accès à la plage. Proprietaire et conciergerie tres receptifs. Merci pour ces vacances, meme si le temps n a pas été de la partie en début de séjour, nous avons pu faire du vélo et visiter.

Une location familiale très agréable !

Maison idéalement située, à 2 pas des plages et dont la vue de la chambre de l’étage offre de magnifiques couchers de soleil ! La location est très bien fournie en matériel de cuisine et produits d’entretien et est conforme aux photos. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette agréable maison et nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir chez vous pour profitez une nouvelle fois de cette magnifique île.

Séjour très agréable dans une maison très fonctionnelle très bien équipée L impasse est calme et la mer si proche !!! Le jardin est clôt et notre chien a pu gambader en toute sécurité . Les couchers de soleil sont de toute beauté le long du sentier côtier !

Espace, calme, excelllente situation, maison accueillante.

Le séjour et l'accueil de vacanciers sont bien pensés. Il y a de la générosité dans l'abondance d'équipements, de jeux, ou même de matériel/produits qu'on pourrait avoir oublié. La maison est très agréable à vivre et le jardin à l'abri du vent est délicieux.

Un petit coin de paradis. Un beau jardin, un équipement de maison extrêmement fourni, une décoration soignée, la plage et le port animé à deux pas. le plus pour nous: La grande buanderie et le point d'eau extérieur pour rincer le sable de la plage et déposer toutes nos affaires. Foncez vous ne serez pas décu!

Maison de vacances parfaite. Tout y est. La situation est ydillique: au calme en bord de mer et à 5 minutes de tous les commerces. La maison est propre, parfaitement agencée, les lits sont de grande qualité, 3 belles chambres et un trés grand jardin clos. Les couchers de soleil ont été un enchantement. Vraiment Je recommande cette location!
