Estancia en Roche

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en esta casa. La casa está muy equipada de menaje de cocina. El jardín es muy espacioso y la piscina está muy bien. La urbanización muy tranquila y muy cómoda para ir con niños. Única pega son las obras en las 2 casas pegadas a la nuestra que eran bastante ruidosas. Mejoraría mucho la casa si hubiera una pergola para cenar y alguna distracción para los niños en el jardín, como un futbolin o ping pong. Otra cosilla adicional es que el WiFi no llega bien a la planta de arriba.

El apartamento no estaba mal. Fallo una cisterna de váter. Llamamos. Prometieron it al dia siguiente y hemos estado tres dias con un váter inutilizable. La recepción mal. Entregan las llaves a las 17 horas (prácticamente medio día perdido, pues obligan a salir a las 10 y 7 horas para limpiar no es aceptable para un establecimiento turístico. Las llaves las entregan en Conil a 20 minutos del apartamento (20+20 minutos) sin haberlo especificado enel contrato de alquiler.

Pedro ya llamó a la agencia encargada de la entrega de llaves y del mantenimiento quejándose de la hora de llegada, política que se usa en toda la zona desde hace años. Para preparar una casa de 180 m2 y cumplir con los requisitos de desinfección del COVID-19 son necesarias un mínimo de 6 horas tras la salida de los anteriores inquilinos. Los inquilinos suelen entender esta situación. Pedro amenazó con poner una queja en la oficina del consumidor por este malentendido. Cuando se le enseñó una foto de pantalla de las condiciones que él aceptó al hacer el pago en Vrbo, en las que se especificaba claramente la hora de entrada y salida, así como el mensaje donde se especificaba donde se recogían las llaves, prefirió ignorarlos. A pesar de su actitud se le permitió entrar antes de la hora establecida. Es necesario leer con detenimiento aquellos contratos que se aceptan y en Vrbo están muy claras las condiciones antes de pagar. La agencia dice no haber recibido la queja sobre la incidencia con la cisterna. Por supuesto ya está reparada.

La casa esta muy bien y completa. Un poco alejada de la playa. El sitio es muy tranquilo. Para pasar unos dias de descanso y disfrutar de la playa.

Es una casa espectacular para pasar tus vacaciones de verano, pero este año hemos estado en invierno y es súper acogedora No le falta un detalle y esta nueva y muy limpia Sus habitaciones son muy acogedoras y amplias El exterior es impresionante. El jardín es enorme, la piscina ideal para chicos y grandes y la terraza es mi sitio favorito Allí estoy mejor que en casa!!

Repetimos todos los años

Llevamos viviendo a esta casa desde hace 4 años, venimos desde Alemania y siempre nos hemos encontrado una casa muy cómoda, limpia y en perfecto estado. Cada año notamos cambios en la casa, se va mejorando para mantenerla a punto. El propietario siempre nos ha tratado muy bien aceptando nuestras sugerencias y resolviendo nuestras dudas. Roche es un sitio privilegiado con un clima excelente incluso cuando vamos en octubre. Por las noches refresca pero ponemos la chimenea y estamos tan a gusto. Nuestros hijos disfrutan de sus vacaciones y nosotros también. Nos encanta dar paseos por los pinares y por la playa, tiene una mezcla de ambas que nos hace volver cada año. La recomiendo. Orson
