500m from the left bank of the port, 6/7 mins walk from the city center, very nice T2 apartment on the 1st floor of a residence of 4 units. Common courtyard with parking.
Wooded environment and very calm.
Entrance, living room with sofa bed, modern open kitchen with induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, oven, fridge / freezer, Nespresso.
Bedroom with double bed, bathroom, separate toilet.
Possibility of free loan of a cot.
TV and wi-fi.
Weekly rental: 400 €
May Bridge Rental (4 nights): 250 €
Minimum stay 3 nights.
