Très gros plus la localisation, et la vue

Très belle orientation , vue sur le vieux Menton. App spacieux ,propre , bonne literie.Petit problème de prise de courant, il faut débrancher le micro onde pour mettre le grille pain,puis la cafetière au sol,seul 2éme prise!! canapé convertible ne peut tenir la position assise uniquement que contre le mur.Un bon coup de peinture serait bien venu.Double orientation parfait pour un bonne aération et rafraichissement.
