Nous avons trouvé l'appartement agréable ,bien situé,calme et assez bien équipé.

Bien situé,bel vue car au 9ème permet de voir par dessus les autres immeubles. Les transports en commun en bas de l'immeuble,permettent de ce rendre dans Menton facilement ,évitant de prendre la voiture.Le box au sous sol est un peu étroit et difficile d'accès pour y entrer un monospcace Picasso C4 et rentré on a beaucoup de mal à sortir du véhicule.J'avais demandé si possibilité une simple place dans le parking ,mais pas de retour. L'appartement était très propre .L'aspirateur avait les filtres bouchés et n'aspirait rien du tout.Nous avons fait le nécessaire pour le rendre opérationnel. Bonne surprise ,la salle de bain a été récemment refaite (en mieux) et ne correspond plus à la photo (nouvelle douche) L'immeuble est bien sécurisé. Nous sommes satisfaits. Cordialement. Mr et Mme Vanhoucke.

Remise des clefs par l'agence et débrouillez-vous! Donc, bloqués à l'entrée du garage, impossible de trouver l'accès à la piscine avant le milieu du sejour où nous avond croisé le gardien, par hasard. Sinon, bel appartement, bien équipé, calme, belle vue.
