Delightful T2, any comfort, privileged location 1
I am a nice flat T2 on the ground or 1st floor, with all the comforts, sunny, 2 minutes from the beach and close to summer shops.
My kitchen is fully equipped (hob, microwave, oven, fridge freezer, Senseo coffee maker).
My sunny stay with its beautiful bay window overlooking a balcony with a small garden, has a sofa bed, flat screen TV with TNT, a table and 4 chairs.
My very spacious room overlooking a balcony on the 1st floor or a terrace on the ground floor, consists of a bed 140 + 2 bunk beds.
My bathroom is very well equipped with its shower, sink with mirror and washing machine.
The toilets are independent.
I also have a private parking space!
My situation very appreciated and very calm, allows my vacationers to leave their car at rest!
The beach, shops, entertainment, restaurants, ice creams, everything is within walking distance!
Possibility of renting sheets and towels.
Weekend rental except July / August
I am located between Narbonne (20km) and Perpignan (30km), 10 minutes from the African reserve of Sigean, 45 minutes from Spain 1 hour from the Cathar castles, and 45 minutes from the city of Carcassonne.
