This house has everything you need for a great Game Day weekend, Bama Bound orientation, Greek parents weekend, or even a home cooked Thanksgiving with your student athlete! Guests have access to a beautiful gated pool with tanning deck for hanging out and relaxing. Private decked backyard with large 4-burner gas grill perfect for tailgate grilling! Features include central air/heat, endless hot water, washer/dryer, security system, second story balcony patio overlooking the pool, gas fireplace, high-speed internet and free Wi-Fi. Smart HDTVs with streaming Netflix, Prime Movies, Hulu, Disney +, and more for catching all the live games and great movie nights.

No sleeper sofa's here! Everyone sleeps in beds! Upstairs are the King Master en suite, a Queen balcony bedroom, and a Queen plus two twins (trundle) with balcony access. Downstairs has one King bedroom with no stair climbing needed

Bath towels, pool towels, pool floats and complimentary toiletries are provided as well. Barista Coffee Station with Espresso/Cappuccino maker, large Keurig and large pot coffee makers, Fully stocked kitchen has silverware, dishes, glassware, waffle maker, crock pot, rice cooker, blender, griddle, and basic cooking essentials including spices, oil, soy sauce, etc. Towels and complimentary toiletries are provided as well as basic provisions (paper towels, toilet tissue, soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, ,)

The location to UA campus for our daughter’s graduation was so convenient. The property was clean and equipped with anything a guest would need during their stay. Perfect for a football getaway

Great condo situated close to campus. The decor is perfect for a football getaway or just visiting campus. Very clean! We had two families, a total of 9 people and had plenty of room. The host has thought of everything from extra supplies to spices in the kitchen. We will define back! RTR!

We rented the property while moving our son on to campus. The property is about 7 min from the heart of campus! Lots of food and shopping nearby! Beautiful and super clean! Paula is truly available 24/7! Traveling across the country, we encountered some car issues and Paula was even able to provide recommendations for car repairs! Definitely the host that has gone above and beyond! We would absolutely stay at this property again!

We are excited to share our well appointed vacation home and love of this unique city with our guests. Beyond the legendary football, we have found T-Town is an absolute foodie's paradise and we can't wait to share our favorites with you. We are sure you will love with this town as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

This townhouse was the perfect find for us. This adorable French Quarter style village of only thirty townhomes has lots of Bama fans (of course)! It is only two miles to campus and Bryant Denny stadium and a quick Uber ride allows us to avoid hunting for parking on busy gameday weekends. Also, the townhouse is spitting distance to all the great shopping and boutiques at Midtown Village.
