About this property

Located between lake and ocean in a peaceful environment on a 1300 sqm property.

SWIMMING POOL UNDER RENOVATION:
The future infinite swimming pool (10.5m x 5m) will include a large chill area with low depth, a safety shutter integrated into the stairs and a small/large bath area, unheated.

This villa is overlooking a pine wood forest and a golf course. Renovated in 2019 with high quality materials and equipment and is composed with:

• 1 master bedroom with balcony and private bathroom.

• 1 suite with a private bathroom.

• 2 bedrooms facing the swimming pool.

• 1 bedroom with garden view.

• 1 separate bathroom and toilet.

• 1 spacious and very light living and kitchen area.

From the living room, you have direct access to the garden, barbecue area and the swimming pool through the terrasse. The large (10x5) swimming pool is not heated and is open from May to the end of September.

It is a great location to spend holidays with your family. Besides enjoying the garden with its swimming pool, Lacanau-Ocean offers plenty of activities (Golf, Horse riding, Beach, Cycling, Casino, Rope-park...).

Outstanding villa and pool, quiet location, nice property owner and manager

Top class villa, garden and infinity pool. Fully equipped, newly renovated and good location. Nice property owner, flexible and responsive. Property manager with service mindset and customer focus. Having been in Lacaneau five times before, this was the best villa we had so far. We will definitely book again in coming years.

Schöne Tage in Lacanau

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus fanden wir vor, wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit Edouard und vor Ort mit Julie war reibungslos, auch kleine Fragen vor Ort wurden schnell und direkt gelöst. Top Angebot - vielen Dank nochmal.

Golfurlaub in sehr schöner Umgebung

Das Haus liegt sehr schön in erster Reihe am Golfplatz.es wurde vor drei Jahren umfänglich renoviert. Alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und modern. Wir füllten uns sofort wie zuhause. Eigentümer und Verwalterin sehr nett und kompetent.

Perfect holiday villa

Wonderful pool and terrace with plenty of sun loungers and large table for outdoor dining. Kitchen dining sitting room area is very ample and bright with delightful views over pool and adjacent forest. Perfect social hub. Bathrooms all to a high standard but a few spare towels also for kitchen would have been useful :) Local bike hire (15 mins ride to shops, restaurants, superb network of local cycle tracks) ensured car stayed mostly on drive. Overall 10/10.
