Hop on a nearby streetcar and you’ll find yourself in the heart of the French Quarter and Bourbon Street in less than 10 minutes.
With 5+ beds, the cozy townhouse is ideal for family gatherings, special occasion celebrations, and big family reunions.

• Shared Outdoor Pool (Working hours - 8:00 am-10:00 pm.)
• Gatherings of more than 8 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.

The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.

House rules
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• The home has maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction. Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am
• Any exceptions to the rules and regulations as written here must be approved in writing in advance. Rates, terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

Overall nice property
Property was as expected according to description. There are a few things I would suggest: Although we did our own laundry, we definitely needed more towels and washcloths for 7 people. There were no dish towels or dish cloths. There were no bowls except for cereal bowls. There was no ceiling fan in the bedroom with the bunkbeds for obvious reasons, so there should at least be a tower fan. I would also suggest replacing pots and pans as the handles were very loose and we had no way of tightening them. We did experience losing air conditioning on the second and third floor but when I called to report, they were quick to repair! These are just minor suggestions that would make a stay a little more comfortable and enjoyable, but overall we were pleased with the property. We would stay here again.

Trip to New Orleans
This was an excellent property. The access codes (door, garage and gate) were provided 24 hours prior to our arrival and all worked perfectly. The location was perfect for the purpose of our trip. I would stay here again and I highly recommend using the Hosteeva team.

Quick Get Away
My family and I stayed at this property for a quick get away to NO. The location was perfect. The property accommodated my family of 7 comfortably. The only reason I didn't leave 5 stars is because there were not enough washcloths/ towels for my family (I had 7 people listed in my reservation). I called for assistance twice and was told my issue would be addressed but no one ever came. I ended up purchasing what I needed.
