We enjoyed our stay in Siesta Key. The condo was clean and cozy. It was located in a nice area, that was close to everything we could want, including the beach.

Just got back from a weeklong vacation at this property. The unit was very clean and the owner was very quick to answer my questions and very accommodating. The unit came with everything that you would need for a beach vacation ie linens, towels (both bath and beach), cleaning supplies, etc. All you need are your clothes. The description was very accurate as the unit sits very close to Siesta beach and has a trolley stop right out front. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay overall. There was a lot of construction going on so it was not enjoyable to sit on the patio. We found a stain on one of the chairs that wasn’t cleaned and we killed a huge bug in the house. The pool area and bay were nice additions to our stay. We also used the free trolley every day and didn’t have to rent a car. I would stay here again.

It was a bit too small for 2 adults and 2 older children. It may be ok for 2 small children. It wasn’t very clean. The air freshener was overpowering when we arrived which felt like it was covering something up. The windows and vents were dirty. The outside screened in area was dirty and not inviting. Some of the beach equipment including the umbrella was broken.

We're sorry you were displeased with the condo size, air freshener scent, and cleanliness, three factors that have rarely been raised by our past renters. The dark tile grout makes some people perceive the floors as dirty but our cleaners always do a good job of floor cleaning, and our inspection prior to your stay did not identify any problems. We will do a deeper cleaning to address AC vent dust and windows. We also have now replaced the broken umbrella and one of the chairs in the beach closet; past renters also had not identified broken items but wear and tear happens and we address it promptly when advised. . . Two stars is a serious negative rating for these issues, but hopefully you enjoyed your stay overall. Respectfully, Brent

Host was easily reachable. For the money, in this area, condo was adequate. Clean except for floor. Fresh flowers were a welcoming touch. I recommend washcloths and dish cloths added to linens.

Enjoyable stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Our host Brent was very responsive and communicated with us very well and was very nice. Bonus were having bikes included with the rental! Manager of Bay Oaks was on site and was very helpful! Pool was very nice also!

Great place to vacation

This place was perfect for me and my adult kids!! We loved it! It was clean, neat, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Great location and absolutely loved the dock. The owner was very easy to communicate with! Had stuff for the beach and shampoo conditioner….everything needed for the kitchen! Will stay here again.highly recommended!!
