Air-conditioned detached house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large terrace, private swimming pool on fenced, wooded grounds.
The villa is 1 km from the center of the village in a quiet area, on 2000 m2 of enclosed land.
The swimming pool and the house are reserved for rental.
The owners, farmers, will be happy to indicate the sites and the various local markets to you.
In a very touristy but very calm region in the heart of a wood of holm oaks, you will enjoy the secure 8X4 swimming pool.
Our animal friends are accepted at an additional cost.
The villa includes:

In the heart of a wood of holm oaks, on a plot of 2000m2 approximately entirely closed, very calm in a peaceful place, this one-storey, air-conditioned house welcomes you for a relaxing holiday. you can lounge by the 8X4 swimming pool as an extension of the large terrace. Shade and sun there is something for everyone. The house is being refurbished, all the furniture and bedding are new. villa designed for 6 or 8 people maximum.

Schön, wie erwartet

Haus und Gelände sind toll und toll geeignet für Hundebesitzer,da vollständig eingezäunt. Weg bis in den Ort ca. 900m, also auch ohne Auto zu bewältigen. Dort Winzergenossenschaft(Cellier) für die Versorgung mit Wein und kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft, in dem alles Notwendige findet.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir haben 3 schöne Wochen dort verbracht. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Es liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet mit ähnlichen Grundstücken, von denen man fast nichts mitbekommt. Das Gartentor liegt am Ende eines Stichwegs, der nur zu diesem Tor führt. Da fährt oder geht niemand vorbei, wir waren ganz ungestört. Der Drahtzaun schließt den Garten komplett ein, sodass wir unseren Hund springen lassen konnten. Die Vermieter sind nett und hilfsbereit, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Herd, das prompt behoben wurde. Der Vermieter kommt einmal in der Woche, um den Pool zu reinigen. In Orgnac-l’Aven (5 Minuten mit dem Auto) gibt es einen Bäcker, ein kleines, recht gut sortiertes Lebensmittelgeschäft mit Tankstelle sowie ein gutes Restaurant (Les Stalagmites), Supermarché in Barjac (10 km). Die Gegend ist wunderschön, wir haben schöne Ausflüge gemacht.
