Built in 1914 this huge & historic Carriage House is a rare piece of Davenport history. Originally built to serve two 10,000 SF homes on the property, the Carriage House maintains the original footprint & floorpan, and has been restored with brand new state-of-the-art appliances (kitchen & bath & laundry) and done so in a manner that it feels like it has all original details. Situated within the gated property, it has plenty of space inside, privacy outside, and magnificent views of the Mississippi River. 2,500 SF on the second floor (the living quarters), 1,000 SF on the main level (the carriage space) which is decked with fridge, table tennis, large TV and TONS of party space.
