Why choose our vacation home?

The position - The villa is situated directly on the Lagoon of Marsala candidate to become a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You can enjoy this spectacle of nature from our condo, this is why we think it is almost unique.

Marsala and Trapani Province offer history, art and culture, but also untouched nature and excellent cuisine. It is allowing easy access to world-class sites (Selinunte, Segesta, Agrigento), the medieval village of Erice, the Egadi Islands, the city of Trapani.

The Stagnone of Marsala is one of the best places in the world to practice Windsurfing and Kitesurfing, with several clubs nearby.

The Villa has a parking area, the garden and the first floor terrace you can enjoy beautiful sunsets over the sea.
On two levels: - the ground floor is the spacious living-dining room with kitchenette and fireplace, with sofa bed; - The first floor includes a large master bedroom, another bedroom with a bed (a bed) and loft bedroom and w. c.-shower.

Comfortable, spacious, quiet house with beautiful sea views.

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious house and especially liked the garden seating area in the morning and the upstairs balcony for sunset views in the evening. The hosts were very helpful and kind and even lent us their coffee machine. It was great just for relaxing but there are places to see nearby and we were very impressed with Mozia island and the Salt pans. The cycle track outside meant you could walk or cycle in safety. Thank you for a super stay.

Es war eine wunderschöne Woche. Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön. Besonders der wunderschöne Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer. Mann konnte wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Am Rande der Insel mit viel Herz

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und nur wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt. Die Vermieter sind äußerst hilfsbereit und gleichzeit unaufdringlich. Um uns einen Eindruck ihrer Lieblingsspeise zu vermitteln, bekamen wir sogar kulinarische Kostproben aus ihrer Küche. Wir haben uns äußerst wohlgefühlt in den vorhandenen Räumen. Alles war sehr sauber. Netter, unkomplizierter Kontakt mit Teo. Unschlagbar schöne Lage direkt an der Lagune mit teils spektakulären Sonnenuntergängen. Liebevoll angelegter Garten. Im Frühjahr (Mitte April) leider nachts noch etwas kühl und die "Zentralheizung" war jeweils eine Klimaanlage mit Heizfunktion in den Schlafzimmern, sowie ein kleiner Heizlüfter für's Bad und die Wohnküche. Den Heizlüfter hat man abends durchlaufen lassen müssen, um nicht zu frieren. Ideales Sommerhaus! Auf alle Fälle zu empfehlen!

Die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge Siziliens

Tolles, sehr geräumiges Haus, fantastische Dachterrasse mit traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen. Wir saßen jeden Abend bis in die Nacht bei einem Glas Wein und haben dem Rauschen des Meeres und dem Plätschern der Boote gelauscht. Alle blitzblank sauber und gepflegt. Super nette Gastgeber, perfekt in der Kommunikation. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl, wie zu Hause gefühlt, vielen an Teo & Rosella siete molto gentili! Einziger Abstrich, die Distanz zu den wirklich schönen Stränden Siziliens.

Traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Sie entsprach den Bildern und war sehr geräumig. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war einzigartig! Wir haben einige Abende dort verbracht und haben den Sonnenuntergang angeschaut oder bei Dunkelheit entspannt die schaukelnden Bote auf dem Wasser beobachtet. Toll ist auch, dass man das Auto in der Einfahrt parken kann und sich somit keine Gedanken über den Parkplatz machen muss. Das Bett bzw. das Gestell außenrum ist etwas wackelig. Ist aber nur ein Problem für große Menschen oder wenn man sich anlehnen will. Teo und Rossella waren wunderbare Gastgeber. Sie standen uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und sind sehr herzliche Menschen. Sie hatten einen Begrüßungskorb, sowie Obst, Milch und Wein für uns bereit gestellt. Wirklich sehr nett! Unser einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre eine Grundausstattung für die Küche. Salz und Kaffee gab es zwar, aber eine Pfeffermühle, Öl und ein paar Gewürze wären schön, falls die Gäste selbst kochen wollen. Kleiner Tipp für Reisende: in der Region gibt es wirklich sehr viele und sehr aggressive Mücken 😱 Hier muss man dringend vorsorgen. Die Gastgeber haben zwar ein Abwehrmittel für die Wohnung zur Verfügung gestellt, aber wenn man draußen unterwegs ist, hilft das natürlich nicht. Also, Spray einpacken!

Soggiorno indimenticabile

Vivere in questa struttura, anche solo per pochi giorni, è una bellissima esperienza... dormire e svegliarsi ascoltando e contemplando il meraviglioso Stagnone sono sensazioni che non dimenticherò. Posizione strategica per recarsi alle saline, alle spiagge, al meraviglioso centro, restando comunque immersa nella pace dello Stagnone, perfetta! La struttura è grandissima e indipendente, a due piani, con un bel giardino esterno e soprattutto un terrazzo al secondo piano che vi regalerà tramonti mozzafiato e serate fresche e ventilate. Non vi mancherà nulla e anche se fosse Teo e Rossella saranno completamente a vostra disposizione per soddisfare ogni esigenza. Il prossimo viaggio nell'incantevole Marsala non esiteremo a prenotare qui, consigliatissimo!

Blissful stay in the Marsala Stagnone.

We had such a wonderful stay at this special house with a breathtaking view of the water from the main floor and the upstairs master bedroom. The home was large and comfortable. Our hosts were great and assisted us in any way we needed. The gardens were so beautiful, the house felt very safe and we could swim right out the front door and across the street. We also loved exploring Marsala and the Salt pans. Great restaurants and lovely warm winds for kite surfing made our 8 day stay here perfect. Would love to return and recommend the house highly.
